I really like this place with a couple of suggestions. The food quality has diminished some. And the attentiveness of the... servers could be better. I got the chicken fried steak and it was just really bad . The gravy tasted sweet which it shouldn'tand I practically had to beg for more water. This Texas roadhouse needs a good cleaning, trash on the floor, dirty bathroom, grease covered menus, tables and chairs not... cleaned. Our food was cold, my baked sweet potato and my husbands fries, the prime rib was at least 1/3 fat, the rolls and saladwere good. The wait staff were very pleasant, but our steaks arrived the same time as our salads. I spoke to the manager onduty, but she only offered excuses, blamed staff, acted like she was annoyed with my concerns. The quality of the food is good,prices are fair, but if management accepts these conditions its unfortunate for the customer. Read more

Really yummy and well priced food. We got the cactus blossom and the NY strip steak. I also got the filet but I prefer the strip... steak. Our server Haylee was very nice! Read more

Absolutely delicious, the rolls and butter are to die for. I ordered a 8oz new york strip, it was so tender and the flavor was... spot on. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. Read more

Great visit! We stopped here after going to another restaurant and being told it would be 10-15 minutes before seating and... waiting past 30 minutes. We found out that restaurant had one waitress serving everyone. So, we came over to this one. We wereseated right away and our servers greeted us quickly. The food was good. You definitely do not leave hungry. Someone in my partyhad a birthday and the staff made it a lot of fun. We have been here several times and have not had a bad experience yet.Definitely recommend stopping for lunch or dinner. Read more

I had the steak salad topped with ranch dressing..it was six of us and everyone spoke highly of the food and the excellent... hospitality of the hostess and our waitress Hailee.. she was on point with her attentiveness and her jovial demeanor.. veryreasonable prices with a wide variety of meal choices.. the food was cooked to perfection.. I always eat way too many rolls..LOL.. I will be back.. ???? Read more

We haven't ordered in a while because they always mess up but figured we'd try again... and it was another disappointing visit... to this location. Ordered curbside which was late coming out. They don't know what the vents are for on their packages anddidn't open them so our food was soggy. My fries were left out so my chili is useless - hard to have chili fries without myfries! My wife didn't receive her pickle which happens 100% of the time we order burgers- this is the fifth or sixth time theydid that. Bacon on the cheeseburger had to be thrown away it was so disgusting. Ordered two meals and an extra half dozen rollsbut only received eight total; I guess it's only one roll per person unless you buy more. My tiny 4$ side salad looks like it'shalf eaten already, my croutons are soft and mushy, the lettuce is bitter, the ranch is either spoilt or just extremely lowquality (definitely not Ken's but some bargain brand) - I wouldn't give 50 cents for this garbage pile they call a salad. Sadly,I left a 5$ tip for this service on takeout which was not earned by the staff. For a 50$ meal for two anywhere in town is betterthan this poorly run restaurant, and the only consistency here is that they can't get an order correct. Seems like managementchanges need to happen as the problems appear to be systemic and extend beyond expo/staff members themselves. Ordered at 2:41,arrived at 2:56 for a 3:14 pickup, received our food at 3:18, received a text at 3:58 telling us our food was ready. Maybe myfries needed an hour to cook? Or there's a bag with the rest of my order that finally came out? Terrible level of service. Read more
