This Texas roadhouse needs a good cleaning, trash on the floor, dirty bathroom, grease covered menus, tables and chairs not... cleaned. Our food was cold, my baked sweet potato and my husbands fries, the prime rib was at least 1/3 fat, the rolls and saladwere good. The wait staff were very pleasant, but our steaks arrived the same time as our salads. I spoke to the manager onduty, but she only offered excuses, blamed staff, acted like she was annoyed with my concerns. The quality of the food is good,prices are fair, but if management accepts these conditions its unfortunate for the customer. Read more

I really like this place with a couple of suggestions. The food quality has diminished some. And the attentiveness of the... servers could be better. I got the chicken fried steak and it was just really bad . The gravy tasted sweet which it shouldn'tand I practically had to beg for more water.
