Todays visit....not so great. My favorite nacho fries were ice cold and hard and my burrito wasn't to hot either.
Honestly it was the ?best Taco Bell? I have ever had. Literally filled the tacos with huge amounts of beef and toppings, it was... fully loaded. Tasted amazing. A+++ at this spot. Unfortunately I live 180 miles away, but I will be back again. Read more
Quickly becoming one of the worst Taco Bells in Charlottesville. The person who works drive-thru every day takes forever to take... your order and then makes you wait at the speaker before pulling up to the window. This has happened multiple times to me. TodayI got fed up and drove past and saw the drive-thru worker leaning over the counter talking to other employees with nobody at thewindow. Never returning! They didn't even take our order. We stood there for 10 mins and a lady came up to us and said she doesn't have anyone take our... order and to use the kiosk. Then they gave us unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea and was telling everyone that their drinkmachine was broke. Well we tired the drink machine and it worked. Whoever was working 8/19 @ 12pm are lazy and don't have goodcustomer service at all! Read more

The cashier didn't have enough in the register and just asked if I was cool with being shorted. (I paid cash, I'm weird ) 20... cents is not a big deal, but still unprofessional. The second girl that brought the food to the counter played on her phonefor a lengthy amount of time in plain view of customers and when I thanked her for the food she literally grunted at me. I getit, fast food work isn't glorious, but maybe she needs to look for something else if she's that unhappy. You get what you payfor Taco Bell. Read more
I?m surprised this Taco Bell isn?t better because it?s well designed and clean, but at the end of the day you?re only as good as... your tacos... They were short-staffed which is understandable, however only one out of two kiosks were working, then whileordering the second one broke! So we went through the drive through and got our food in timely fashion, but the toppings werescanty and my supreme taco had maybe four little tomato pieces. They got the nachos right, they didn't get the taco correct (no sour cream means no sour cream. I paid for extra cheese, i want... it), nor did they get the soda correct (idk how you mess up Sierra Mist, its not soda water. Nobody ever wants sodawater). Also they guy at the window didn't say "hello" or anything when I pulled up to the window. Did nothing but staredaggers at me. If you hate your job that much, maybe get some therapy and stop taking it out on the customers? Read more
