On 9/18/2022 I went to this Taco Bell and made my order at the Drive thorough at 12:20 am. There were only 2 cars in front of... me yet it took a very long time for the cars in front of me to place their order. When it was my turn, I found out why. Theperson taking my order sounded very disoriented and kept giving me a different balances that did not reflect what I saw on thescreen. When I approached the window to pay and receive my order, it was like I was watching a Tik Tok video. The drivethrough employee was just frozen in one place with his finger just pointing at his screen. When he spoke, his speech was veryslow and slurred. Lastly, when he gave me my WRONG order, his eyes were closed or he was sleep walking as he said. thankyou. He was definitely under of something. This has never happened to me before and I hope this person does not drive afterthe restaurant closes at 1 am and hurts someone. Edit. 10/12/22. The fact that did not get a response from this Taco Bellshows that it is run by poor management and doesn?t care about the safety and customer satisfaction their patrons. Read more
The line was really long but the drive thu went extremely quickly. The food was delicious, too!
Lack of basic care for customers. You will get folded tortilla with missing ingredients. You will have several items incorrectly... made, over and over. You will get a snarky attitude and passive aggressive "we got that, honeyyyy" whenever you requestanything. I threw away my entire order once because it was inedible. Folded tortilla with a teaspoon of beans, wilted lettuce,and stale potatoes is unacceptable. I hope noone gives their hard earned money to this restaurant, and the dead-end employeescan get a reality call. People spend their money for food, not to fund their salaries for free.
