Sadly, they aren't in the position to be able to accept coupons right now but the service we received today was great, food was... delish and the store was clean. Like many places, they've been hit hard and will likely be yet another victim of coronavirus andclosing soon. Poor guy was so nice and sounded sincerely hurt saying it. Read more

If I could give it zero stars I would, because I had no experience. Went in at around 6:45, was met by a young kid walking up... chomping on food or gum obnoxiously. He refused to serve myself or the lady ahead of me after saying ?you know I?m closing upright?? The lady asked if he was serving and he said ?nah, got too much to do.? Door was open, sign on the door said open until9, the open sign was illuminated, so I get the feeling it was just a young punk who didn?t feel like doing his job. Should befired immediately. There was only one person taking care of the store, and it was the owner. He had absolutely no courtesy nor the knowledge about... the breads, sauces etc. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. He barely knew anything about what he was doing out there,upon being asked for the allergen information sheet, he didn't even have that. Read more

I go in and ask to use the restroom, I was told only customers can. I said my wife is in the car with our kid, I am going to... order. I come out of the restroom and she is literally standing right outside and says you can at least buy a drink or food.This was my breaking point, I told her that my wife was going to make the orders, my kid just came out of the NICU and I can NOTbring him in here. After an ok and a eye roll, I just left. That?s definitely a good way to scare business away. Never comingback to this subway again. Read more

This place is horrible!!! My fiancé went there and got a meatball sub and wanted it toasted and wasn?t even toasted. He also... got cookies and a drink, the cookies was hot when there was cookies in the cookies stand and he only one cookie when he wassupposed to get two of them, and the drink was flat and wasn?t filled up all the way. This lady didn?t even give him a straw forhis drink and didn?t give him any napkins!!! I?m glad they are getting ready to be shut down. This is what I consider the best Subway in Charlottesville. Everything is so fresh and clean! I went in today and the guy was so... nice and really made the subs look good to eat! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I wish I knew the gentleman'sname because he did a great job serving me today! He had great customer service! The food was excellent! Was in ordering my sub and the 40some year old behind the counter started hitting on my 13 year old daughter not knowing she was... with me, making for an absolutely awful experience for but frustrating for me as l held back from pulling him over the counterand giving him the beat down he deserved. Food was good. Staff was confused. Asked for bacon on sandwich and she recommended to toast it. She said the bacon was raw when... it clearly wasn't but I just went with it. Also asked for two meals with cookies. She gave us 3 cookies total when two cookiescomes with a meal. 2+2=4. When my husband asked about it, she said she gave us an extra one. I don't think she even knew howmany came with a meal. Plus she didn't give us a receipt. Another note, when we were eating, she sat at one of the tables witha friend and was cursing. Luckily my 4 and 5 year old didn't hear her. Hopefully the next time we stop by, the staff will havethe correct training and be more respectful for the customers. Read more
