Handling of high volume hours is very poor. No add ons. Employees are not in their uniform. Either due to lack of employee or... lack of customer service experience. I didn't want to leave a review, but having promted too (managing restaurants, warehouseexperience). I was shocked, to say the least. Read more

There are some very good people working in the fast food industry; unfortunately, many McDonalds are filled with rude angry... employees and a restaurant that doesn?t want the custoner there either. Otherwise, your company wouldn?t insist on the kiosk.Some people enjoy and need human interaction. A cashier.at McDonalds often unknowingly provided that service. Well, they oncedid. Not me but others if I do have to interact with someone, I?d prefer it be pleasant. Not all stores are terrible just a highpercentage. Don?t y?all have someone that cleans doors at least occasionally? Most are always dirty. Virus protocols? I?vewitnessed people corralled closer together because seats were sectioned off. I could go on for weeks about how impossible it isto want to go to a McDonalds. Unfortunately, I?ve delivered many McDonalds orders via apps. Even as a person there to provideyour customers their food, nobody wants to get it done professionally. I?ve spent many long waits, have watched employees moveto the next order, leaving the one I?m trying to deliver, on the prep counter behind the front counter. Have even gone behindthe front counter myself to get the order because nobody was addressing me or the finished order. Furthermore, there?s a muchhigher rate of very low compensation orders as there?s usually a lower base pay for your orders when it should actually be ahigher rate due to expected wait times. Why accept more orders than you can produce? Your lack of reasonable productivity andprofessionalism; except your food packaging for delivery. Best in the industry, congratulationsis,hurting other people and noneof the corporate entities are doing anything to make it worth providing their services. It?s bad business. I know McDonalds hasdone a lot of great things via charities; I remember hearing how McDonalds was on a shining star in America. I?m certain thosewere fairy tales. Read more

It's hit or miss depending on the day to be honest. And I swear you would think asking for extra pickles was like asking for... diamonds on your burger. Even if I say extra extra extra pickles and I'm willing to pay. I still only get 2 extra pickles.lol Read more

By far the rudest and dirtiest McDonalds I have ever encountered. The manager was extremely rude and seemed to hate his job. I?m... assuming he?s the manager because he was wearing a lime green shirt. He was getting into it with customers and when the customerwas telling him he didn?t have to be rude he said ?I?m not the one? like who says that!? He seemed annoyed and when people wheretrying to order through the register cause clearly they didn?t know how to operate the kiosk he didn?t help and still told themto order through kiosk. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It?s absolutely horrible. I came in for a DoorDash order which hadn?t even been... started. There were 3 other DoorDasher there waiting for orders that had been there for ten minutes. I watched as multiplepeople came in to place an order and nobody would help them. The lady who was working the register was disrespectful. Tellingpeople they needed to wait until she was ready to help them. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the order and it stillwasn?t even started. Multiple times the employees just walked out the building and left people standing in line waiting to placeorders. I ended up unassigning myself from the order and I will decline every order I get from that McDonald?s. Absolutelyridiculous. If they hate their job so much, then they shouldn?t be working there. They are blessed to even have a job!! Read more

Hashbrown was ice cold and hard, biscuit was harder then the hashbrown. Had to throw away. Took 10 min to get to the window... at 630am. Beat part of the meal was the sweet tea Read more

The lady in the purple shirt was really rude. All I asked her was to confirm my order and she started to get upset and mumble... bad words. The service was also very slow. Other McDonald's write the order on the receipts or let you know you have the correctfood but this person wasn't concerned about the small details. Read more
