This is the best Latin/Central American restaurant in Charlottesville. Yes, I have tried them all. Their pupusas are extremely... fresh, savory, and cheesy, especially the pork one. Their rice and beans are made with care. Meats are always grilled toperfection, favorites being the Choripollo and carne asada. They always have fresh drinks which come in huge mugs. The horchatais one of the best; they add this morro seed that many places don\'t use, which makes it taste almost chocolatey. Large portionof delicious Guacamole. Chips always warm and made right.\nThis is all in addition to the reasonable prices, and the folks therebeing so friendly and ready to answer any questions about the menu, always with a smile. This place is new and great. I grew up in Irvine, CA and lived in San Diego for years. Basically lived on guac. This place... easily has the best guac in Cville. Tacos are on point and they fill them to the top. They were so good that I forgot to take apic half way through. Read more

Brand new amazing El Salvadoran restaurant! I always judge a place by their guacamole and El Tio knocks it out of the park! I... could eat their gauc all day!
