Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Value - 4/5 Atmosphere - 4/5 The seafood pancakes are positively *loaded* with seafood, which you... don?t always get with this kind of thing! The japchae is great, as well as the dolsot bibimbap. Lots of classic dishes here andall very satisfying. There are two top Korean restaurants that go toe-to-toe in Cville and this one is the less expensive of thetwo. Read more

Had a wonderful lunch at DOMA today. We had the lunch box chicken, BBQ Plate, and Fried Squid. The food was prepared... immaculately, chicken had a nice char, the BBQ Plate was beef and it was very tender and flavorful. The biggest surprise was thefried squid, which the tempura had a satisfying crunch, and was a large portion. The bathrooms are kept very clean, but thefloors in the building were sticky. Our server wasn?t very attentive and even though he was working around the tables hewouldn?t check on us or ask if we were done. It took about 25minutes to get the check and then another 10 before I brought it tohim. Checking the receipt it said I server was someone named April but I don?t believe that was correct. Which means my tipmight have gone to the wrong person. Read more

I got the haemul pajeon (seafood pancake) and the bossam (pork belly). They were good but the pancake was a bit doughy. Also,... this restaurant doesn?t provide any free side dishes. Read more

Seriously I?m majorly impressed!!! Everything about my meal blew me out of the way. The wings were everything and the spicy pork... was better than the K BBQ I had in DC. I?m so glad I came here! Well worth it. Read more

This place is pretty authentic! Or atleast as authentic as you can get around Charlottesville. If your looking for a warm and... homey atmosphere this place if the way to go. The waiters are quick to serve and are extremely respectful to the customers, theymake sure you are satisfied with your experience. I recommend you go during the week days if given the chance, since this placeis in a college town it gets quite packed on weekends. If you?re new to Korean food I recommend going in easy with thetteokbokki! It has perfectly cooked rice cakes, (I recommend cheese on top) with a bit of a kick when it comes to spice. Theportions are very generous and I can guarantee you will leave full! Doma is on the more high priced side, but arguably it isworth it. 10/10 experience when the timely wait is put aside! Read more

I've had the immense pleasure of eating home cooked Korean food. I think it rare that any restaurant can meet such a level of... comparison, and I will temper my comments with that in mind. The space is very welcoming and clean. The staff are attentive. Mystudent son picked the eatery and I think it fair to say that he is the intended audience. But you know what, I had a greattime, a new beer, enjoyed my meal and had a wonderful evening with my family! Recommend my experience to anyone. Read more

Great service. Ambiance was enjoyable. They were really accommodating. We realized quickly we should have gotten a reservation... but they sat us front row to the open kitchen and served us quickly. After our initial drink order we weren't asked again foranother. They were busy so it was understandable. We ordered too much. Nice portion sizes. But honestly couldn't find roomon the table and the server didn't help to make room. Clearing the empty beer cans and water jug for entrées would help. Foodwas pretty good. Kinda heavy on the sugar and lacked the stronger flavors you hope for with Korean cooking. Like I said theywere busy and I bet at a slower time those dishes would come out packed with flavor. Overall good job guys. Tighten up thatservice and replace sugar with flavor for high marks Read more

Bibimbap tastes good, descent price. Was expecting complementary kimchi with the order like in most Korean restaurant, which was... not the case. Serving was quick. You can see your food being cooked in front of you. Read more
