Do you really need a review about cookout? You get what you pay for, good deal for lower quality food. I will say that the... milkshakes are actually pretty decent! However the service was down right nasty, no indoor seating so restricted to drivethrough and a small counter window in front like a chip stand. Employee was slamming the window at every customer and barkingthrough his speaker box abruptly and angrily. I think the location in Waynesboro is better, but overall the visit was pretty good. There was a long line at the drive thru,... and somebody at a window taking orders for those that got out of their vehicles. Was apparently the last ones to be served thatnight as they closed the window immediately after and was unable to get a fork as a result. Read more
This was my first time at a "Cook Out" and while I can't say that I loved it, it hit on one major selling point to me:... PRICE! The dining room was closed on this visit, so we only had the option of ordering at the window for take out. I ordered aCajun chicken sandwich with onion rings and Cajun fries and a drink. I was floored when I saw that this meal was going to costunder $10 and even more surprised when I saw the amount of food you get for it. The food wasn't particularly amazing but it wassatisfying. The fries could have been a little more crispy instead of floppy and the onion rings really didn't have much flavorto them. The Cajun chicken sandwich was good! Overall, I would eat here again if I were in the area, but may not go out of myway for it. Read more

Had a burger with everything on it- no regrets, it was delicious. The sides surprised me some of them sounded like separate... meals of their own haha. The mint Oreo milkshake was delicious. Perfect post-surgery treat for me and my girlfriend:)!!! Read more
The bacon cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce I had on 7/10/22 had absolutely no business being as good as it was. I was shook.... It tasted like it just came off the grill at your uncle who can actually cook's house. So juicy, meaty, and flavorful. 11/10 Read more
The drive thru was so long but it moved so very quickly I was amazed. The cashier at the window was friendly and actually said... thank you! I drove back to my hotel our food was still hot and really good! Great job Cook Out you deserve every one of these 5stars plus many more!!!! Read more
