I?ve been here twice, and will definitely come here on a weekly basis during my short time here! The salads super hearty and... fresh! I?ve tried two of the salads (including the new Hatch bowl) - both have been tasty and filling! They have GF/Vegan and DFoptions as well! Very rude service! I went in and just ordered a Cesar salad and the person checking me out seemed very annoyed from the... beginning.. I asked for extra bread and they said, only one per guest? They had said they couldn?t ring it up anyways. Even ifthat?s true it honestly made me feel bad for ever ordering food. Also, I don?t think I have ever gotten denied food from a placethat I was paying for?! I work in retail and can I understand people having a bad day but the service today really blew meaway.. This is our default place to get food to go. I enjoy the Harvest Bowl. Whenever we've gone in, it hasn't been very busy. Could... just be that we go during off hours, but we like it like that. I find, though, that they get my order right when I order onlinefor pick up moreso than if I order inside to go. I don't mind it so much either way, but will probably stick to ordering onlinefor pick up instead. Read more
So, do you guys never check your food or expiration dates? Is there no quality control? The last 3 or 4 salads I?ve ordered from... here that had broccoli in it came to me with brown rotten broccoli. I gave it one more chance after months cause i super wanteda salad and this it the only place in town that has custom salads like this, and once again came to me with rotten brownveggies. There was one time a salad came to me without any lettuce. I?ve gotten maybe 1 or 2 good salads out of this place andregret how many chances I?ve given it. If it happened once that?d be different but this has happened so many times and I?mdefinitely never going to order here again. It?s really sad cause once again, it?s the only place in town like this. Decent salads - would have given it 5 stars but got the Orchard salad and it barely came with any toppings - overwhelmingly... lettuce and toppings were few, far between, and buried at the bottom. I do like the salads they have with Panko chicken, andtheir specialty salads and new Gochujang dressing tastes great. They are a good option, but quite expensive, and especiallysince Chick-Fil-A opened up in the same complex, might be worth it to go there instead and save on price for a salad like theOrchard Salad. Reasonably priced, healthy choice. Nice staff, nice clean simple atmosphere. Great pick for a fast casual lunch!
