Definitely better than the last time we went. The place was clean and the food was definitely quick. It's a bit steep for what... it is but at the end of the day it isn't Qdoba so you can't set the bar too high. Read more

Most likely won?t ever go to another Chipotle again due to the fact that I left with such a bad taste in my mouth from a team... member being rude and unnecessarily giving attitude to me when I asked her a simple question. Didn?t even order, I just left.Supposedly they were just doing online orders and they usually tend to have signs on the doors at this location so I didn?tnotice anything different but they were cleaning the assembly and I simply asked ?are you guys getting ready to close? shereplies back ?online orders only, there are signs..? like that?s not necessary you?re just going out of your way to be nasty.And after she sassed me she was just smirking and laughing like what kind of service or just natural being is that. It takesmore effort to be rude and nasty than just to tell me what?s going on; I?ll understand. It just ruined my night. I didn?tappreciate her tone/her body language. Anything. I won?t be back. I love Chipotles food, but this location just sucks. I?ve gotten frozen barbacoa before (not safe), no barbacoa, barbacoa in... chunks that you couldn?t even eat, etc. Paid for chips and guac and gotten neither. Paid for queso and not gotten it. Missingingredients from the bowl or very low portion sizes. Plus, I?ve had to wait up to 45 minutes after my order was supposed to beready. Even yesterday I spent 30$ on 2 bowls and when I got there the store was closed. No refund. Chipotles food is so good,this location just isn?t. Read more

I have enjoyed Chipotle previous times but for some reason this time my steak had fat in every bite (unfortunately I am one of... those texture picky people who can not handle biting into fat) it was alot of fat too. I'm not sure if I will try again asthat's not a cheap chance to take as possibly the quality has gone downhill and may happen again next time. Read more

"Due to staffing shortage the dining was closed", I asked if they are taking online orders since the sign did not state, to... which an employee rudely, and condescendingly said yes, then the other Chipotle employee decided to try to be disrespectful aswell, but I was not having that. I left with my family and will NEVER return to this place. Lesson to be learned here chipotlemanager, experience will ALWAYS trump the food. Read more

This happened at 7 pm non July 8th. I have been a frequent customer of Chipotle. Today I went to Chipotle after my son's... soccer, after ordering his meal, we started the next two meals, after getting to mine, and after starting the build, I was toldthat 3 items were not available (no avocado, no vegetables etc). I said well I don't want my bowl without these keyingredients. Given that I already had my daughter's and son's orders built, I then thought I might salvage the situation witha different type of bowl, so asked about replacing the missing ingredients with some extra chicken. I told them I would onlytake the bowl if they made the accommodation of not being charged for the extra chicken. It wasn't the cost, it was anaccommodation to try and make things right for not having the key ingredients and not telling us up front about these missingingredients. The girl making the bowl was very nice and customer centric and she built the bowl and said she would ask themanager. She then rang me up at the register. I asked her if I was charged extra and she said oops I forgot to ask themanager. She then told me to wait a sec and she asked the manager to come over, who then came out (he seemed to be a veryvery young manager) and she explained the situation. His response and attitude was too bad buddy, I don't care that we aremissing ingredients, I still had to pay for the extra chicken. It seems so trivial but for a customer that approach wascompletely wrong. I told him then I didn't want it, and I will just take my daughter's and son's meals only. He then grabbeda bowl and threw with some show and panache into the garbage in front of my kids and lots of customers. It turned out he threwout my daughter's bowl and not mine. Not a good customer centric approach, I have to say. He said oops. That's it. No tryingto fix things. So at 6.30, Chipotle app says this location is only accepting in person orders. Cool. I reach here at 7.25, and they changed... their minds. "we are currently serving online orders only". Pls order online and pls stand in this line. We'd serve your order.Really??? You order online, stand in line, and take longer than what it would take to simply serve offline. Get a lessonChipotle. If you cannot run the location, just close it. Moe's, are you reading all the feedback???? Update - got the order inhand at 7.56, after waiting 30 mins in the line. There were 8 people ahead of me in the line and they took 30 mins to serve 8people. Would've taken 8 mins to serve in person. Gotta get your act together guys. Difficult to return to this location fornow. PS - guys at Pantops Chipotle are now seriously competing with those at Barracks in the battle of incompetence. Read more
