They seem to be lacking people skills and have no customer service... experience an it reflects also in the quality of food that they put out of the kitchen .... The worst fast food restaurant in Charlottesville. Let's start off with lack of respect. Everyone needs more training. The... orders are never correct and let's not forget the entire staff needs to be fired. However there was one manager that was polite.Bk is dead just go ahead and shut this location down. If you're looking to get back to your roots with a Whopper please do notlook here. I was discussed with my last visit last week. So stopped at Burger King to get some food. The person that took the order was no where near polite or nice for that matter. We... ordered food and ask for extra condiments and the person stated there will be a charge. Then I asked for 1 condiment? and theyreplied" yes yes yes yes yes yes" with a very rude tone. I later ask for a different condiment and they gave me the wrongcondiment because the person was not listening or paying attention. I will probably come back in the Future but it might be awhile. Food looked like it was just tossed together and was not made as advertised on the menu. Cook were walking around maskless and... completely oblivious to the posting on the doors and windows that masks are required for staff and customers. Ill never eat hereagain. Read more
