I ordered two drumsticks with macaroni and cheese and a biscuit. Service was fast and friendly. The chicken was crispy and... cooked just right. The macaroni and cheese was good but I have had better. The biscuit was very good! I decided to eat inside asI haven't done so in a long time and I was the only one there for a bit. Delicious food. Definitely a step above fast food. Chicken is much, much better than Popeyes, KFC, or Church's. Great... selection of sides. Pinto beans and green beans are delicious. Just started going here, I was pleasantly surprised at the good food. My wife really likes the chicken and coleslaw. I got the... fish sandwich and coleslaw and it was pretty good and I am not a big fish fan! Been there a few times and the quality has beenconsistently good.UPDATE: JULY 30, 2019 My wife is still enjoying the chicken. I tried the new Cajun Chicken Biscuit withPimento cheese. The actual sandwich doesn't look as good as the menu board (what food ever does?). But I thought as long as ittastes good who cares. Well it tastes worse than it looks! It was very dry and the cheese was a thick paste. The seasoning onthe chicken overpowered the cheese so you could not taste it or maybe there should be more cheese, then the pasty cheese wouldmake harder to eat.
