I Love BJ's Brewhouse. This ones is just as good as all the others. The Apps are awesome , the draft beers are so good, Burgers... are really good with many options. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, because this was by far my worst restaurant experience ever!! AND I WORK IN THE... INDUSTRY. Pretty sad this place is known around town for having "the worst service" and now I understand why. Our waitress wasso rude that it became borderline hostile. The drinks took over an hour to come to the table. Yet the place was dead? We orderedmainly shots, and draft beers. We were the only "big" party (8 ppl) drinking/ordering at that time AND had a reservation. Our"nachos" were only chips, cheese, tomatoes, and still frozen-in-the-middle chicken. We paid full price for them without even amere apology. We wouldn't have ordered them had we known they were out of the main ingredients. Instead, our waitress was sorude no one dared to even want to speak to her for fear of her wrath. And the worst part? You decide between our waitresshanding my boss the check WHILE he was eating (and we were still missing beers), or the fact our waitress served a 20 year soberman an alcoholic beverage AFTER he asked if it had alcohol in it or not. He had to leave the table for a while after that. Hereis a photo of how they serve their tequila shots for anyone interested. Who knew a lemon came with tequila? My advice: save yourmoney and time and go next door to Outback, with much better food/drinks AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. Read more

We have been several times because the selection is so varied it's great for a big crowd. Beer and bar selections are also... great. We haven't had the best of luck with service. It can be very slow, and we had kind of written it off. BUT, craving theirroot beer sauced chicken bites and avocado egg rolls, my daughter and I gave it another shot during lunch, and the serverabsolutely redeemed our faith in the place. I have a BIG regret that I didn't get his name and can only provide a vaguedescription (young, African-American man), b/c he deserves some praise. He was SLAMMED. 5 or 6 tables were seated at once, andhe didn't skip a bit. Food came out in time, he continuously checked on us. He kept an incredible attitude and not once made anexcuse about being busy. I will be on the lookout the next time and request to be in his section. Read more

I had read some negative reviews before coming and this is what I will say: Food good, kind server (although being... over-stretched on tables). Takes a VERY long time for food to come out and have a check in from the waiter. Not his fault, justagain - overstretched. We were there on a Monday at 5pm. It took a little over an hour and a half to get three mini pizzas and adessert. It was a little crazy to me that it took so long, but if you don't mind having to sit and wait around - the food shouldnot disappoint! Read more

Nicely decorated restaurant and brewery with good food, nice staff and best of all they also had hard cider on their beer menu.

This was my 1st visit and I usually don't rate any place on 1 visit. However when we arrived we were seated and after about 15... minutes of being ignored I was about to leave when a waiter came over and said he noticed we hadn't been helped and it wasn'this section but he would be glad to take care of us. He took our order and didn't write anything down at all and it was a goodamount of food. Everything came just as we ordered and the food was excellent.
