Ate here today for 1st time and last time . I have an upset stomach as we speak tasteless chicken, clearly very frozen , fries... no taste and also frozen and over half a pound portion clearly cheap stuff, fried plantains could have used some spicing andwere too oily and . Monotone is the best description. Too much cheese (which is flavorless and disgusting). Too much chipotle sauce which is all you... taste. I?m thrilled to have an Al Carbon close to my home. For years I fought the 29 traffic so I could enjoy their insanely delicious... chicken, mouth-watering plantains, and well - everything they offer. Over the years, I?ve never ordered anything I didn?t enjoy.The staff is friendly and accommodating. I?ve used them many times for larger catering style orders and each time they?veperfectly executed my requests. The dark meat on chicken was so much more tender and juicy than the white meat, which is reasonable but a little sad. The flavor... was on point. Sauce on the rib was very sweet. The mixed vegetables and cactus were pretty good. Not perfect but definitely hugeportions for the price. Read more

Cinco de Mayo deliciousness!! Got the burrito with shrimp and was pleasantly surprised chicken was also included. With the rice... and beans also, it was very filling, so I saved some for later.
