Been coming here for years and it?s HORRIBLE. With all the bad reviews and low quality and lack of cleanliness, not sure how... they stay open. I been waiting for my in person order for 20 minutes and watch everyone in front of me get theirs. It?s 8:10 Iordered at 7:40. This every time I order from here. He said he can go make it right now. I hope they don?t do anything to myfood at this point. THERES ALSO NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM IDK HOW THEY WASH HANDS! Trash all over the restaurant, dirty windows,dirty soda fountain, dirty floors, employees complaining and giving out the wrong cash change to customers. P.S. I got my foodat 8:23. The manager said he would make it fresh. :( The Food was cold and tasted old. It was cold. This was absolutely the worst Zaxby?s I have ever been to in my life. The food was poorly made the wait time was absolutely... outrageous and when I informed the store of this in the survey and ask them to please reach out to me, I never heard back. Thechicken was undercooked, they did not give me any sauce with any of my items even though I paid for extra sauce for each of myitems. The white cheddar bites were bitter. The wait time in the drive-through was roughly 45 to 50 minutes. I truly have nowords for what a disgusting experience and horrendous meal it was. I truly hope they either fire all of the employees that theyhave there now or completely shut this location down. Ordered online to pick up at 8:15 still had to wait another 15 to 20mins at the store. Got home no sauces in the bag, no large... fry as was ordered, the wings barely had sauce coating them, fries tasted partially cooked and the toast was the same. Read more

Wow ...first I must mention it was a long wait in the drive through BUT Suzette the lady at the window was the kindest drive... through person I think I have EVER seen. Her warm amile and helpfulness made up for the wait. She truly truly made my day littlebrighter. I then inside to use the restroom and the interior was clean! Read more

Should have just ordered from Outback. Got a Cobb salad with no eggs or bacon, very little chicken. Ordered a 10 piece of... fingers and received 2 sauces. Drink was incorrect and had to double back because I didn?t get my credit card back?. The cashierdidn?t give it back? no receipt either, and after waiting 45 minutes for fast food you would think the service would at leastbe better. Next time I get a craving for zaxby?s I?ll go to the one in Concord. This one is on life support. Read more
