The purpose of ?fast food? is that it?s FAST and convenient. I just went to this location and there was literally nobody in line... AT ALL yet they refused to take my order and told me I had to make an ONLINE order and then drive around the drive through andcome get it, literally the DUMBEST concept I?ve ever heard of. Instead of taking an order that would take all of 30 seconds theyare Asking people to go online WHILE SITTING IN THE EMPTY drive through and make an online order. I can?t get over howridiculous and unproductive that is. A waste of everyone?s time and just silly. Clearly poor management is making thesedecisions. Read more

I usually come here on my lunch a couple of times out of the week. The food is good and the ladies are friendly, but I have to... give 3 stars because the line is ridiculous around noon. I also couldn?t get someone on the phone for curbside pickup. Ispecifically chose this option because I know drive-thru takes a long time. I assume they are short-staffed or people are justnot being put on the schedule during these busier hours. I See multiple people driving off as well so you all are losing moneywith the extremely long 20-30 minute wait times In drive-thru.This dining area is also still not open. HORRIBLE! I usually do not eat fast foods; however, I stopped at Zaxby?s. Ordered, what I thought was going to be fresh, hot,... cooked, ?Boneless Wings?. What I received was, pre-cooked, frozen, ?chicken Nuggets? (a cheap brand at that), barely warmed.The entire meal was NOT good, including the tea and the cookies. Absolutely, unhealthy. One of the best foods we had from drive through at Zaxbys in NC. We ordered chicken wings and chicken strips..the taste was... great- it felt like original chicken -juicy and not dry. We had Insane sause on some wings- it was so hot -ranch wouldn?twork. The original sauce was okay.Tounge twister and nuclear are the best- not too spicy but really great in taste. Read more
