Ordered a 10 piece tonight 9/23/22, paid $16+ and only received 8 wings!! The staff was so busy talking and joking around about... burning weed among other things, an order that was supposed to take 16-21 minutes took 40 minutes. I didn't receive my orderuntil I inquired, so receiving less than what I paid was probably intentional. I had to get my own cup for my drink from behindthe counter because the person who handed me the bag disappeared immediately after handed over the bag. There were still 8people waiting for their order, who were yet to be acknowledged, when I left. Terrible service! Read more

After being up with my wife who was in labor for 18 hours I ran to get her something to eat because the cafeteria at the... hospital was closed. I placed my order online at 10:27 pm for pick up. At 11:25 I was asked the name on my order only to be toldthat my order could not be found. Another worker was able to find my order in the computer and they went it was made. I left outthe store at 11:47 and went back to the hospital. I looked in my bag to see that part of my order was missing and the rest of myorder was wrong. Called the store but didn't get an answer. I haven't been to Wing Stop in a while. I used to go very often. Today I decided to go and I regret it. There was one person... working. I didn?t catch the young lady?s name, but she was all by herself. It was online order only. My wings were cold, nosauce and the other had were cold and wrong flavor. I?m convinced every wing stop just sucks when it comes to service. I just had a horrible wing stop experience at Tyvola & this... location is not any better. What?s the point of y?all taking online orders & giving a time if the stuff isn?t going to be ready?Customer service is none existent. These people are just here to collect a check clearly. Nothing more. Nothing less. It?sreally crazy. I tried to give wing stop another chance & just come to a different location but no. Waiting another 30-45 minutesafter I already waited 30 is unacceptable. I would have asked for a refund but according to the reviews, it?s a possibility Inever would get it. At least my chances of getting my food are better. I will never spend my money at another wingstop location.The employees arguing with customers is crazy as hell. I will never again & I mean that. Service was behind and also manager seem too stressed that it was stressing us out. Food seemed rushed, didn't fully shake the... sauce and boneless chicken together completely. Fries...blah. Read more

The wings were fresh and generously sauced, which is great. ???????????????? The price is a bit high for the quality of wings... you are getting. The pieces are not that big and two pieces might be the size of one wing from other stores.???????????????????????????????? This location of Wingstop is definitely clean and definitely that stands out compared to otherbranches. ???????????????? The wings do the job, thats it, nothing special. Read more

Definitely don't have to worry about these guys being very friendly. Congratulations wing stop, you let a side order of the... cheapest vegetable upset a customer. I paid for a side of carrot sticks, 1.59 and got 5 pcs of carrot. If it was includedfine, but I paid for those, I expect a bit better honestly. The wings were OK, nothing special. The combination of theinhospitable attitude and lackluster attention to what customers expect will keep me from returning. My suggestion, gosomewhere else. Read more
