Ordered online through the WingStop app and they confirmed the order, cancelled the order, confirmed, and then cancelled again.... When I tried to call the store numerous times no one answered. They charged my card and I never received my order and cannottalk to anyone because they won?t answer the phone. Nonexistent customer service. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Read more
Ordered the 20 piece combo with corn as the side. Also ordered another 20 wings, a side of voodoo fries and extra ranch and blue... cheese for dips. We received everything except the corn and out of the mixed 5 sauces we ordered, instead of getting any of theranch we we got all blue cheese. If I could give less stars I would. I ordered online, when I got home I found that half of my order was missing. Called up to... the store confirmed that I would be back for the rest of my order. Once I got there I waited for 5 minutes at the counterwithout anyone coming to acknowledge me. While standing there I also witnessed an employee come back in from smoking a cigarettewho did not wash his hands before taking a pair of gloves out of the box with his bare hands and proceeded to put them on. A couple of days ago I placed an order for delivery on the wingstop app ( biggest mistake ever) I didn?t get a drink or fries... (how do the workers forget fries in a combo meal is beyond me) and the flavors were wrong! Called customer service for a refundand still haven?t received my money back. Owner needs to look into stuff like this! I get a missing drink but how do you not putfries with someone combo! That?s crazy to me!
