I came here Sunday , July 24th and I have to say . The work ethic and customer service is beyond poor and all the people working... this night should be fired . The cooks where having jolly conversations while taking 30-40 per order . The young girl runningthe register was very unprofessional and carried a attitude that was very ghetto to say it nicely . No reason why this is whatthe world is coming to , must really be near the end lol. Read more
Horrible experience! We ordered from this place hoping to get some good wings. From the pictures on the menu I thought that we... were in for a treat. We ordered 4 flavors and all 4 were flavorless. I ordered a Family Pack 30 and didn?t receive the JumboWedge Fries. The Jumbo Kettle Chips were over cooked which changed the flavor of them. I ordered the Crunch Wings and they werecooked so dark and had no flavor whatsoever. It was a total disappointment I used DoorDash which will usually refund or credityour account for undelivered items but I was not offered this option for this place. The Dasher left my food at the wrong hotelroom. When I got the message stating that my order had been dropped off it wasn?t at our door. My husband had to walk the hallto find our food. Our room number was on the order, he just didn?t care. The first pic with the golden fried wings is what Iordered. The second picture is what I got. This is the second time I ordered food and it came with no sauce. This is the last time I will eat with wing zone. I know I... don't matter it's only one customer. Called the store and they really couldn't offer me no resolution other than get a refund orbring it in and they will fix it. Working late and couldn't go to the store. This tells me the orders are not being checked whenyou get a delivery. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Smh. Poor service and no more service from me. Read more
We ordered through Uber Eats & we were missing a whole order and an included side. The food we did get was pretty good. We... ordered wings, a buffalo chicken wrap (that was missing the fries) & I enjoyed it even tho it wasn?t cut at all & was mostlyveggies but I don?t mind bc I love veggies lol We got some dessert & motz sticks which were okay. I called Melvin, who aspiredto make the customer happy, I calmly explained the situation and let him know I would not be coming to pick up the missing food.He said he would come and deliver the food himself! Very kind of him. I hope he will fix his QA and delivery service system butoverall he did what he could & the food was alright. My friends weren?t impressed by the wings. Read more
The wings were expensive and did not have much meat on them. The girl working was a little strange but not mean. Not worth the... price for what you get. Mellow Mushroom has better Thai Chili wings. Here, I feel like I just paid for skin and bone. Read more
