Placed Mobile Order at 9:30am. Pulled up to the speaker and waited for 4 minutes where I was never acknowledged. Then pulled to... the second window where I observed someone walking around with the lights off but no one came to the window. It was ridiculousno one could be bothered to tell us what was going on so we didn?t waste our time. I understand short staffing and restaurantissues, but it is rude to ignore the guest. Read more

Food was fresh and hot. Ordered on the app and used drive thru. 5 cars in front of me and we sat in line for 30+ minutes. No... interaction with the person serving food out the window. Read more

Terrible service terrible staffing I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Wendy's used to be a staple for Good eats but it's... no longer it's no different from the lowest grade of McDonald's or Burger King!!! For good Wendy's I have to go all the way toCornelius they close abruptly early without letting anyone in the drive-through know after being 15 cars deep ridiculous. Read more

I've been here before and actually been able to buy food. Not today. The car in front of me was told they were only taking... mobile orders? But he asked a few questions and the cashier finally took his order. When I pulled up, she says "cash only."Funny enough, everywhere I go to is going card only or contact less. Thank goodness I went shopping at Harris Teeter earlier andwill cook my own food tonight. Read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Look at the others reviews. I would recommend going elsewhere. I ordered online and then went to pick up... my food only to find the place locked up and a sign saying they were closed for staffing issues yet there was no mention of thison their website but they still took my order and money. What a scam! Update: came back at 9. Still no one and so we walkacross the street to a pizza place and get a pizza instead (still have to eat!). On our way back, my wife spots people workinginside the Wendys and there are cars in the drive through. We return to find the doors to the lobby are still locked and so wego to the drive through and talk via the intercom. I mention my name and they say to pull forward. We get to the window andare told they cannot give us our food since we?re not in a vehicle! We plead that we already paid and the website mentions norestrictions but no food was given and we were told that our money would be refunded. I?ll be calling my credit card company inthe morning. Update: July 13, 2022 - finally got refunded the $28!!! Read more

Food was hot! Like took about 20 mins to get through, because it was wrapped around the building, but I'm satisfied. Do me a... favor. Clone your management and send a team over to the Wendy's at 5801 N Sharon Amity Rd, because you can teach them quite afew things. Read more

I was at the restaurant when I ordered it's I waited 35 mins r in line and another 35/40 mins just to speak with someone at the... box. The main reason I waited was because I had already paid for it. Turns out when I do finally talk to someone he tells methat they don't have that order. And then asked me if I want to order something else. I told him "Well yes, we need our food, wehave been in line for an hour..." he interrupted me and responded that there were only 2 of them. I told him I understand, I have worked in the food industry for years, so I get it. It would have been really helpful for someone to come on the box and atleast acknowledge that we were there waiting. Considering the fact I had my 91 yr old, sick grandfather with me, and we had justleft the hospital, it would have been helpful for some communication and acknowledgement. So to keep my grandfather's confusionto a minimum I just reordered and decided to deal with his refund later. I expect to be refunded for the food I didn't receive.It would be great to have the other one refunded as well. I had no responsibility in the service going so badly. It was truly asorry excuse for a restaurant and poor reflection on WENDY'S as a brand. If you don't have anymore than 2 workers then closedown, or at least put some kind of sign outside so people know what to expect. I watched literally 20 cars get out of line andleave. Read more

Why is it that this place will not allow you to walk in and have a meal? Why do we have to wait 20 mins on the drive thru? Once... you order they are rude, sarcastic and they over bill you? Someone please explain this to me. Read more
