This is my 3rd time going in the past 2 weeks. Each time I?ve left with no food. There was no one in front or behind me (drive... through). I should have known better! I pulled up, the girl asked me to wait ( again, no one there except the workers!) Iwaited 5 whole minutes! Then drove off, looked in drive through window and 2 workers were standing there talking! ????. Neveragain. I think every other consumer got the memo before me. Good luck Read more

Came at 9:30 pm on 9/4/22 and all the lights were off in the restaurant except the drive thru. I pull up to the menu and no one... answers. I wait a few minutes. I pull up to the window and the worker is just staring at her phone chewing on something plastic.As I was driving off she looked at me then went back to her phone. Read more

This costumer service was awful. I was practically fat shamed at the window. I was rung up for three cookies at the window and... when only given one in my bag, I told the young man that I was supposed to have three. When I asked for my cookies the workersimply replied ?no, have a nice day? and slammed the window shut in my face. Overall this Wendy?s was not a slay. Read more

My partner was accused of trying to hide value burgers from This establishment after purchasing them. After allowing the people... working to check his bag and being given a bag with only one of two ordered burgers- twice, he was then told he needed to payfor the additional burger that he never received- again. Although it was horrible customer service, the most jarring part ofthis experience is that he was accused of trying to hide VALUE burgers. Honestly why would someone do that? And if someone wasreally trying to get one over on a value burger would it even have been a big enough deal to make such an odd accusation? Evenafter these accusations and receiving only one burger multiple times, when they finally did give him two, they provided acompletely different burger than the one ordered. It?s tragic such a beautiful Wendy?s (physically) is tarnished with such poorcustomer service. Ordered and paid for my meal via the Wendy's App. Proceeded to pick up order at the drive thru, which was open, well-lit, but no... one was available at the drive- thru window. I sat there like a foolish person and waited for 10-15 mins., called the restaurantnumber listed on-line...to NO avail.. nobody was home. This location is not scheduled to close for 2.5hrs. Stay away. Customer service is terrible. I had three bad experiences. Your hours are posted and yet you refused service? . I... contacted Wendy's Customer Care about the situation and representative on 5/6/22 @10:00am was just as rude. She hung up on mewithout giving any resolution of the two bad experiences.. Now I know where the store management gets their rudeness from. Theyare all trained to behave this way. I had 25.00 credit and requested a refund that was due of $16.23, but still have rewards(offers). How can you advertise business hours and not honor them. (Really) Read more

Very dissatisfied! Went here for dinner and breakfast because I'm staying in the area. I'll tell you this...NEVER judge a book... by its cover! This location, while being in a nice area and it's huge premises FREAKING SUCKS! Dinner was cold and not fresh,but it's cool I came there late, so I let that go. I get times are weird, everyone makes mistakes and its fast food. But my experience today at Wendy's on Morrison was less than... good. First of all the order placing experience in the drive thru was brutal. 2nd the girl at the window didn't speak to me atall. I checked my bag and they had forgotten a biscuit. She looked at me through the closed window for a couple of minutes,opened and waited for me to speak. Still not a word. I told her the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was missing. She closed thewindow came back a couple minutes later handed me my biscuit as someone from across the kitchen had to yell "sorry about that".Not ONE word from the girl in the window. Then I drive home. I get home and opened bag one and the potatoes had been put on thebag upside down. My forgotten bacon egg and cheese BISCUIT was not a biscuit and had 1/4 of one piece of bacon.
