This is a great location! The lot is very clean and the building looks well kept. It's easy to navigate the parking lot to the... drive thru. This is a pretty popular location. It gets a lot of traffic and sometimes can be a bit of a wait in line. The waitis usually worth it at the end. The food is good and usually hot and fresh when you do get it. Drive thru is never open for card or cash customers, something always wrong with the machine. Went inside to order food the... floor was filthy in the kitchen. One of the staff members had long hair not tied back or with out a hair net. Gloves weren'twore properly. Cashier was prepping food and working the register not washing hands or eating gloves in between. The staff wasnice but it was very filthy & unorganized. Waited about 25 mins for food. Worst Wendy?s location ever, after waiting a good 20 minutes of sitting in line me and my boyfriend didn?t receive our food due... to the restaurant being ?closed? when the store hours says different online. Not only did we wait for 20 minutes but through thewindow you can see four employees sitting when the line is extremely long and busy. Read more

Dominique and Miss Tabatha were extraordinary they were so sweet and nice and they were working their butts off for the night as... they were short staffed. My order was completely correct and I got it in a good time being that they were understaffed. In myopinion these two nice ladies should have a raise for all the hard work they are doing and keeping spirits high as they arekeeping busy. Read more
One of the saddest stores to go to food is alright but if you want to wait almost 45-50 minutes (if you?re lucky) to get your... order this is definitely the restaurants to go to it doesn?t deserve the title ?Fast-Food? it deserves the title ?Slow-Food?even Late night jack in the box is faster than this restaurant. I?ve been waiting 50 minutes to pick up 2 DoorDash orders and Iwas notified at first ?we?re closed?, it was 9:48 PM they close at 3 AM, I told them I was here for DoorDash and they asked whothe orders went to after I told them they stated that one of the orders ?isn?t in the system yet? keep in mind I?ve been waitingfor 50 minutes so it?s impossible that it wasn?t in the system yet especially the moment I accepted the order. I just order a Baconator and it only has one piece of bacon, cut in half on each patty. So 2 pieces of bacon on my entire... sandwich when it should be six pieces!!!! The sandwich is almost $7. The kids working there were nice, but this is NOT ok! Read more
Alright I go to this Wendys quite often, and if you been to one then you?ve been to them all. I will say was unhappy with my... customer service this afternoon on 10/17. The guy handed me my bag of food which was correct, but he started to hand me acookie. I said I?m sorry I didn?t order this cookie. He goes oh you didn?t ? I said no i ordered a frosty. He said oh ourmachine is down. He said could you just take a cookie instead, I said no. He then seems to go back and forth in his head thenturns around and gets a cup and makes a Frosty for me ? how sad is that. Pure laziness. Read more
