I came here last night because another location was closed rabdomly. I ordered a Dave's tripple with pepper jack cheese because... they were out of american cheese and it took about 30 minutes to move two cars through the line. When I finally got my food itwasn't that great and built into the hamburger was a thick piece of paper that I'm sure was used to separate the cheese whilestoring. This is unfortunate. I was traveling to work and was asked to stop by this Wendy's to pick up two cheeseburgers. Upon entering... the restaurant, I seen one employee, clocking in or out at the register. As I approached, I let out a "Hello", I was ignored ornot understood...lol..for another day, another review. Continuing. I waited patiently for a couple of minutes for anotheremployee to approach. She stood there staring at me, I suppose this is the universal sign, for me to order!? No Hi, hello, thankGod you are here today, spending money in a crisis!!!! Nope! Nada! So, I ordered the two cheeseburgers, received change,deposited into Ronald McDonald than moved over to the condiment table. There I was greeted with fruit flies scrounging theketchup! Oh yummy! After seeing this display, i thought, the workers couldnt possibly know there are flies all over this goodAmerican ketchup! I must go at once and let them know! Ha! The same lady that took my order was grabbing things for drive outwhen i exclaimed, "Ma'am, there are fruit flies all over the ketchup!" She looked up and said, "I know, management needs tospray". The fact that management knows about an unsanitary issue in a food setting and does nothing, is Ludacris! AND i arrivedin the AFTERNOON!!!! STILL NOTHING DONE, BUT YOU KNOW ABOUT IT!? SO NONCHALANT At this point, yes, I made a call to theindividual I was retrieving the burgers for, and testified the unsanitary conditions of the Wendy's, and asked if the individualstill wanted the food...ok...so..they..said, yes. I am personally, writing a review for others, especially the elderly, andchildren to stay from this sickening establishment! And they wonder how we get diseases!!!! From insects, bugs, and animals thatcontaminate what we are digesting!!!! They weren't open at 11am on time, manager didn't even acknowledge I was at the door until a team member that was late needed to... be let in. This is why they came be on the same level as Chickfilla Read more
Whole crew needs training. It is not that hard to make fresh food. Each item tastes and looks as if it's been sitting in the... fryer/meat holder all day and gets re-dropped or reheated. Might as well just sell lemonade. Could at least have good customerservice to take a little away from the bad food. But nope, rude as h*ll, closes whenever they want to, just turrible. Read more
I like Wendy?s ? but this location is so unreliable I will not eat there despite passing it every day, twice a day. Unsure how... the manager retains their job or the owner makes money. They are happier taking so long that you drive off instead of receivingand paying for your food. Almost seems intentional. Read more
I only eat Wendy's after a long day, so often around 10 or so, and this location is not even 5 minutes away at closes at 11.... Except this place is closed a half hour or even an hour earlier than it is supposed to be almost as often as not. Half the timesomething is wrong with the order. This one is right next to where I live or I wouldn't bother. But, yet again, I'm driving tothe one further away because the place is closed well before closing time. When they are open and they don't mess up the order,it's great. I just wish that happened more often. Read more
Very clean. Great impression when we walked in. The employee at registers was very nice and made sure to bring out our nuggets... when they were done. The fries were hot and crispy. Read more
I tried putting in an online order. When I got there, they called it up, printed out the ticket for the first time and started... the order. I honestly have no idea how this place stays in business. The Chick-Fil-A across the street serves hundreds ofcustomers per hour. They can?t figure out online ordering when literally nobody else is in the restaurant. Just not worth theaggravation no matter how much you want to try the peppermint frosty. Read more
