This location has incredibly long lead times. This Wendy?s is not fast-food, it?s slow food. Most of the time the food quality... is fine, but most recently had a burger with a long black hair wrapped up in my burger. This was absolutely the worst experience. Having to wait in line 45 minutes and to be rushed with a large order such as... ?anything else?, as I am still ordering. Dinning room was closed of course and still were missing items. I was told ? I can notcome into the dining room and that I would have to get back in line.? This is my 1st time writing a Google review but it was needed. This is the 3rd time in a row that the service and food has been... awful. I've been a customer at this Wendy's since 1993. The drive through staff was rude. The worst service.I hope the owner ofthis particular franchise will quickly get things back in the shape that it was before about 2 weeks ago. I was in the area working and decided to stop in and grab a late lunch for a few of us. The drive thru had quite a number of... cars already in line, so I decided to park and order from the counter inside. Everything was handicap accessible and extremelywell-maintained. The staff members that I encountered were all very friendly and personable. The food was freshly prepared andthe French fries were piping hot, with just a hint of sea salt (I believe). The only downside being that, there were a fewcustomers ahead of me and they appeared to have been waiting for their food for quite some time. And they were out of ketchup.Not a big deal, in itself, but you could see that some of the customers were less than pleased. Slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. Took more than 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. And they don't even let you come... in. Ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger ended up getting a double cheeseburger. Also got half of a small fry. And fast foodworkers want $15 an hour. If they ever get $15 an hour I will protest so hard. Also a nice little curly piece of hair in mycheese fries. (I don't have curly hair) the only thing that wasn't disappointing was the drink. Read more
This is the worst location! I waited for 45 minutes on the drive thru. A testament to how hungry I was. When I got to place my... order I was told they only had nuggets. I ordered the #8 10 PC meal. When I received my food, my fries and nuggets were not hotbut barely watm. How can that be? Oil used seemed old. I would not spend my money here again. What a waste of my time.Researched the reviews.
