I wish I could give this review zero stars!!! Who is managing this store and are they managing the kids that work in this store?... It is one of the most horrible Wendy?s in Charlotte by far. No one greeted us when we pulled up on the drive thru. Took themmore than 10 minutes to say a word and during the whole time I saw 4 cars leave the line. The food was cold and terrible!Disgusting! Waited in line for 20 mins around 10:00 pm for a door dash order got to the intercom to let the employee know I was here to... pickup no one responded for 15 minutes I decided to go the 2nd window hoping someone would notice me. Decided to call the storeno one picked up . I also saw people inside not caring just laughing so I finally got someone to come to the window and hepointed at the drink machine and walked alway without saying anything it?s been 10 minutes and I?m still waiting the time is now11:06 and the person I?m doordashing for is very upset at me plz corporate have a sit down with your team members and at leasttell them communication is key I understand staff is short but when I?m waiting 20+ min for someone else?s without anycommunication then that becomes a problem. Food was by far the nastiest food I?ve ever had from Wendys ever. The people the service was very nice. The chili was so stiff I... could lean the cup over and the chili would not spill out of the cup. That was night one. With me calling and getting a freemeal I went back today The food was even ?more worse??..(i know that was bad grammar). I tried 1 nugget it definitely tastelike zebra or some type of exotic animal. The fries were cold. I didn?t have the energy to ask for more food but The lemonadewas refreshing and the napkins were new. I hope McDonald?s see this review and skin yall a$$.. Read more

This isn?t for the 1st shift. But that 2nd shift!!! Most recently tonight, I ordered a ten piece and 2 four piece nuggets. Got... home and realized ten nuggets were burnt but they were all spread out amongst all the other nuggets. Went back to get freshnuggets. The lady didn?t say sorry about that inconvenience or anything just pull around. Got to the window the two lady?s thereseemed like they were talking about me. I asked if they wanted to see the nuggets for proof but she said scolded ?No? gave methe nuggets and shut the window. Customer service is dead. It?s horrible. Because I didn?t have to spend my money there. HR needto do better with the screening and making sure people have the necessary skills and training. I won?t be going there anymore atnight . It's always something here. Either the system is down or they only have nuggets and fries. They just need to close this... location. Been here 3 times to not even receive food. The worst Wendy's I have ever been to, the worst food location I have everbeen to. One star is too generous. Just shut this dump down. Read more

Don?t come to this location. At all. 3rd time coming and FINALLY someone took my order. The first two times was 1+ hour till... closing and no one came to the speaker to ask to take my order. There was also several people in line and eventually we all leftone by one after waiting 10+ minutes. This time there was someone to take my order and I got my food in a decent time. The foodwas TRASH. The burger wasn?t what I ordered, the nuggets taste like they?ve been sitting in old grease and got burned, and thefries were cold and stale. This location is severely understaffed and would be a waste of your time and money. The only thing Idon?t regret is the lemonade. That?s the only thing worth buying. Read more

Outside of it taking 30 minutes to receive my order; which only included 4 meals, it was understaffed and 1 particular employee... was very rude. Honestly, food was okay; it what's the disrespect for the other customers in line. An employee had walked away,to really catch everyone else up and a customer walked in and no one was at the register. He waited a few minutes with no oneacknowledging him and then he stated is there with someone here who can take my order and the rude employee stated. Can't yousee that we're busy? Will take your order when we can! Which was very out of line for a customer service oriented business. Hehappened to be an Uber driver that was picking up a meal for someone else and just wanted to know the status of it. Thisexchange and interaction is enough for me not to patronize this particular restaurant again. Read more

Just got home from the drive through. I?m 100% sure that someone thought it was a good idea to precook a lot of food early to... save time. Our nuggets were cold and dried out. And the fries were cold, hard and dried out. This food was not edible. Read more
