Worst Wendy?s ever I really wouldn?t give the 1 star but can?t comment without it. Never open rude employees but I do understand... being in there that late but do the job you was hired for. I honestly been in this industry for over 30 years and if you gonnaclose early take proper steps. Shut your systems down on line orders should say your closed not open. Attempted the drive thru and the lady that took our order was rude and read rushing us. Wouldn?t give us a chance to finish... ordering before cutting us off and asking if we had anything else. When I called and talked to a manager she advised she has anew general manager and they are pushing for speed instead of quality. She said she would talk to the order taker but I?m surenothing will change this Wendy?s has definitely went way down in service and food quality and friendliness. Read more
The Wendy's on Park Road was not able to see e because of the system being down. This location has had problem after problem.... It's at the point that I call most times before I go. I don't think this location will be open much longer. I've visited manytimes when they don't respond, they're closed, this was after the worst of the pandemic about month or so ago. They seem to openwhenever. According to the staff they've changed management, however not sure if it helped much. Read more

Wanted to try the new pretzel pub chicken sandwich and was told they were out of pretzel bread. I said regular bun was fine. Got... my order and left. Got down the street and noticed they gave me a burger and not a chicken sandwich. Burger patty was really dryand cold. Fries are also cold and had no salt on them. The line behind me had stared to get long and I had fussy kids so didn?twanna get back in line to wait again. I had already waited a while to get the food. Not sure why cause it wasn?t even fresh.None of what we ordered was. Wasn?t given a receipt either to see if they rung it up wrong or just made it wrong. Ordered two Wendy's double cheeseburger yesterday and looking at one of the burgers you can tell they placed an old, burnt,... dried out, regrilled patty on the burger. Then the second one was a fresh burger. Why did you not just cook both of the burgersfresh!? We did not mind waiting if you needed to cook the food fresh as there was nobody in line. This is a good place to eat, that is when they are open. They are so short staffed very often that the hours aren't accurate.... Sometime they are open past 10 while a lot of times they will be closed before then. When they are open their food is freshmajority of the time. Read more
Got here at 530pm on a Sunday and have not had a picture perfect Dave's Double Cheeseburger like that in a while. It was the... best burger from any chain i have had in a long time. Served hot too Read more
