Staying at hotel with no vehicle so walked 2 miles to Wendy?s. Doors were locked so I called them to let me in. They said inside... dining was closed and I couldn?t be served. It was only 8pm and all signs said they were open until 10. Then don?t advertiseyou are open until 10!! Read more

Had too many problems at this location. I'm done. Ordered an apple pecan and got my order after 30 minutes in line. Why the... employees here operate so slowly, who knows. I get the salad and it's covered in shredded cheddar--no blue cheese asadvertised. Product was not as advertised. Wouldn't be much of a problem if it wasn't just what I've come to expect from here.If they were out of cheese and decided to substitute, I would have appreciated some transparency about what I just paid forinstead of just being handed what appears to be evidence that the employees don't even know the menu. Simple, I was kindalooking forward to that blue cheese. And I don't appreciate the implication that customers won't even notice or care. Too manylittle incidents like this from this location. Unreasonably long drive-thru. Employees don't seem to understand the frustration customers face when updated instructions are... not provided on how to pick up their food. It takes time to park your vehicle get out of your car and walk to the door just tofind out that the Lobby is closed. You then have to get back in your vehicle and get into the drive-thru line which by that timehas three or four additional cars in it. News flash wendy's, prepare the food in the order in which the tickets are receivedwhether it's drive-thru, mobile pickup or delivery. My not so great experience has only occurred at this location.
