I seem to have lost first review. I visited a Charlotte NC location and received substandard service. It was about 7:30 pm. I... ordered a single with cheese and chocolate frosty. The burger had been sitting much too long, or it appeared that way. Somuch so that I took one bite and threw it away. The frosty was too loose. This is the second time I purchased a frosty at thislocation that was not as thick as they should be. And this was upon be served not after I reached home. These problems arebecoming regular issues. Food is good but always ketchup they only gives 1or 2 bags, yes I'm talking the small ketchup bags and always dirty it looks... like they through something sticky there and when you try to open it all your hands got sticky and remember that a lot of peopleusing their mouth to open them like me because you're driving or doing something else ... When I pulled up tha back door was open. Got to tha speaker and asked fa a crispy chicken 4for$4. Received a crispy chicken... blt!!!! I don?t eat pork or dairy, no sauce in tha bag. I spoke to tha manager that was running drive thru but she sure didn?tspeak back, no eye contact, and very rude. Knowing that tha wrong items were in tha bag. Read more
Good quality. Decent price. Not a fan of their breakfast at all, especially the honey stuff. Most everything else is ok. The... frostys... including the limited edition strawberry frosty... are good. The simple burger or Chilli or side sald, baked potatoare best deals. For a family get the family tub of Chilli with lots of crackers, and ask for the extra Chilli sauce for it. Read more
My husband and I went through the drive thru for this location. We had gone because we wanted to try the new Strawberry flavored... frostie. They said they only had chocolate which was kind of a bummer. Then when we pulled up to the window the woman didn'tlook at us once, she was speaking to the person behind us in line over the speaker. She didn't offer us a receipt, and didn'tgive us the sauce we ordered for our nuggets. Overall, a really disappointing date night for us. Read more
I spent 12 bucks on fries that was prolly 2 hrs old and limp. Burger was cold. I asked for 2 packs of mustard and got 4 packs of... ketchup instead. At least the drink was right. Read more
