I drive for door dash, it is now 1:30am in the morning and they are refusing to give me my orders. They are laughing at me... because I need my orders and they keep saying they are closed. They do not close until 3:00am!! They are ignorant anddisrespectful. Even the manager is laughing and being ignorant! If i were anyone reading this, I would NEVER COME HERE! Read more

This particular Wendy's has to be the worst in all the carolinas - They are marked dine-in and carry-out but the doors are... always locked. Multiple times I have been here and they take 10-15 minutes to serve a single customer, embarrassingly slowservice and the last two visits they have taken money for an order and marked it complete before we arrive at the restaurant andby the time we get through their huge line which is not long because they are busy, its because they are slow - you'll end upwith cold food and a watery drink. I go out of my way to never come back here - if you like Wendy's, drive further to any otherlocation. Read more
Used the mobile app to place a non-custom order. When I arrived, I notified the app and parked in the "Mobile Order" Parking.... After 15 minutes, I tried to get the staff attention by knocking. I even called... But the call was sent to voicemail. I eventried accessing corporate tech support from within the app. Finally, an employee came out for a smoke break. I asked about mymobile order... And a few minutes later, I received my meal (cold) and my soda in a heavily condensed cup. Both had clearly beensitting, waiting. I asked the employee, "What happened? Did my order not go through?" She replied, "Nah, it did. We're fixingit." I am not sure what they're "fixing" because there were SO many points of failure. Sorry, guys. One star. Read more
The people at work in the store are not very friendly I think they all need to go to school and find out what customer service... means the time to fill orders here is unbelievably long I think I could butcher a cow faster than it takes to go through thedrive-through and it seems like they?re always busy and very slow all the time. I am a big fan of Wendy?s but this store inparticular has some real problems I think they should look at a management change at this location. Read more
This is one of your better looking Wendy's in Charlotte. Plentiful parking lot space, that's kept clean and modern renovated... building in and out. I happened to be dining inside at this moment and glad to see a professional looking and behaving staff.All you hear is a great diverse music playing stereo system in the lobby and the sound of work noise from staff working. Noneof that lolly gagging, cursing and other hoodlum talk you may encounter at some other fast-food spots! Kudos to the manager! Read more
