Arrived at 6:15 P.M. We held the door for someone leaving with a frosty in their hand. We went to the counter to order and were... told we would have to go through the drive through to order, that there were only 2 people there, the other was on break. The store is very confused on how they would like to operate. They had a lady working the window old enough to be a manager with... a line around the building. I c to pick up an online order that they advised me was ready. The inside of the store was lockedduring business hours so I drove to the window to pick up my order confused older lady at the window told me even though theorder I was to pick up was ready I had to go back through the drive through line and announce at the speaker.
