The overnight manager is very rude and he never honors my request for freshly dropped food; The food is always old and cold and... when I ask for it to be remade I get the same exact quality. Also when i come most of the time the line has maybe a few carsahead of me and the wait just to get my order took is like 30-45 mins and the food is still unfresh for all that y?all might aswell cook to order. This place is nasty roaches crawling all over the place like they own the place all over the dining room floors and walls and... the staff is so rude like idk how most of them even have a job. The food is cold and not prepared as you order it. Never will Igo back to this location never probably got roaches in ya food. I don't know what happened to this particular location but the service is always very slow. Even when it's late night and there... are barely any customers they still manage to take ages on an order. In the past year or so it has been so bad that you will belucky to order and receive your food in less than 20 minutes. This place used to have good service. Read more
Short on workers... But they say they hiring...how???? every since summer(June) slow , line back up, u wait for 10-15mins in... drive thru... N u order food n u pull off n half way going up the road u open your bag... N look here... They gave u the wrongfood... It happens 2x ... They won't let u come in.... Sad...
