We were waiting for 30 minutes for a table on a Monday morning. Several tables were waiting to be bussed and no workers were... attending to them (not an understaffing issue). Other parties were sat before us when we had gotten there first. We ended upleaving after 30 minutes with no food or service. Each waitress runs only 3 tables and should be able to bus them accordingly. Read more

OK the pic of waffle shows deep wells for syrup n butter. My waffles had little small wells. Not the waffles I remember. I do... not like artificial tasting "maple" syrup, no way. Coffee $2.50 for a cup of coffee. Think I'll make waffles, coffee n bacon athome. Read more

I came here for quick eat, and was surprised to find a walk up window. I've never seen this before having lived in Dallas, &... Atlanta and frequently visiting Waffle House for breakfast. There was no guidance on which window was for pickup, and whichwindow was to make orders. There were at least 3 or 4 employees in this location and it was pure inefficient chaos. There wasone large order in front of my party that just kept adding to the order. After waiting over an hour one of the workers attemptedto begin taking orders from the 2nd window that no one was at, to which my sister addressed that we had been waiting on theoriginal window orders were being taken from. The woman quickly closed the window then an elderly man came out yelling ateveryone that, "You came to the Waffle House! You should know what to expect! I ain't gotta serve one of yall!" Everyone puzzledcontinued to wait. About 15 minutes after this the man comes back to the window and says they have no lids, and no hash brownsand they are going to close. This was completely disappointing, I mean surely they knew this (if it was even true) when theytook the large order and saw the remaining patrons outside. Typical Waffle House fair. Fiesta omelette, double, scattered, smothered and covered. Hash browns were done right, but that... omelette was hurtin?! The waitress said the machine that makes them fluffy was broke? wish I had known before I ordered. Thewaitress was as good as she could be with how busy they were. The dark haired lady at your location was very disrespectful and rude when asked a question on how long we would have to wait to... place our order. It was at 2:00 am when she got loud with me as I asked her a question. Employees need to have not respect forcustomers. She definitely disrespected me and my boyfriend while we were just trying to order food. Read more
