My husband and I were deciding where to go for lunch, & after looking at reviews for this place (4.6 stars) we decided to give... it a try. As we entered, we were greeted and said it was for here but the lady walked away. The lady then came back & had hercell phone to her ear as she was trying to ask us what we wanted so we were confused as to who she was speaking to. We stood atthe register counter & ordered the beef pad Thai, chicken wings, and 2 bowls of combination pho and gave her a name for theorder. We stood at the counter after ordering & paying because we were not directed to sit or anything so we were standing for agood bit waiting for her to tell us something. She could have at least said that we could seat ourselves as we have never beenthere before so we did not know how it was supposed to go. I got the memo and told my husband that we should go sit. After wesat and waited for our food, another lady came out of the kitchen and quietly said the name of the order and placed it on thecounter. If I had not been paying attention, then we wouldn?t have heard that. With the food on our table and me still beingoptimistic about the food besides the low level of hosting & service, I couldn?t help but notice that everything was in plasticcontainers even though we ordered for here. I tried to look past everything and poured my pho broth on top of my bowl of noodlesand once I seasoned it and mixed, the broth was ok. I was happy with the broth, but the raw cuts of beef was kind of thick so itdidn?t cook as quickly as it should have with the broth.. so the chunks were a little chewy. After finishing most of my pho, Iwas ready to move onto the pad Thai. As I opened it and smelled it, it smelt like feet! Oh my goodness. But I gave it a tryanyway. It tasted like I ate some crabs, why does it taste like crabs??? I?ve eaten Pad Thai all my life & Pad Thai is notsupposed to taste like that. We ended up throwing it away. Dine in, takeout, pickup and doordash is available here. If you decide to dine in, you place your order, pay and then they'll... call you to pickup your food when it's ready. The rest is self serve including your drink. The food was okay, probably not myfirst choice for Thai or viet food but it can be a quick fix. I was kind of disappointed even with the egg rolls because I wasexpecting an authentic vietnamese egg roll but it was just a plain spring roll you would get at chinese takeout. It's not reallymy taste. I also just felt like something was missing in the pad kee mao...it was filled with onions and veggies...I couldbarely find any noodles or meat too. :( Overall, the price was okay and the flavor was okay.
