Never had a problem with the food. Smoothies and wraps have always been great. However this is the most unprofessional staff I... have encountered. They do not greet customers upon arrival. Even when just picking up a mobile order sometimes you will have towait 3 to 7 minutes without ever even being acknowledged by any member of the staff. They avoid eye contact and go about doingtheir food orders. Their appearance is less than professional, including baggy pants to the point of halfway down the bottom andunderwear showing. Girl in green shirt with the black pants and the guy were very polite. She took my order and he mad my sandwich. The other... "female" with her pants hanging off of her behind started banging the stuff in the sink and said, very loudly "oh hell no. I'mgoing on break. I'm not making anymore smoothies. He (talking about me) have to wait." I appreciate my money being acceptedas I was told I have to wait for my order to be completed. I arrived tonight at 8:55pm to get my drinks and pulled on the door. I was told they are closed by manager and that he was tired... from working alone all day. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
