Disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional! The cashier got my order wrong. Upon informing the worker that handed me my smoothie of... this, he was rude, abrupt, and nonchalant about fixing the issue. He did not even look at my sticker on the cup to check howexactly my order was made. Noticing this, I tried to explain to him how my order was made to ensure the same incident happened asecond time, but he continued to act as if he did not hear me speaking to him. One of my favorite locations. Found near the lake by Shoppes at University Place. One of my new favorite smoothies to grab in... the morning is the Sunrise Sunset smoothie. Price is reasonable for great quality smoothies made right in front of you (cost alittle less than $7. I placed my order for delivery because i am at work and do not have access to an car to drive and pick up my order. Per the app... it was supposed to be delivered at 12:45 at 1pm I called the store to confirm if it had been picked up. The rep there told me ithad not been picked up by DoorDash and he didn?t know when I said okay & hung up so I could just cancel my order then. Itdisappeared from the app, I called back and told them I would like to cancel, the rep there told me I couldn?t cancel but Icould come to the store and get an new fresh order. I told him that wouldn?t work for me because I do not drive , I uber.. Whywould I pay for an uber to come to the store to pick up something that was supposed to be delivered earlier? Thats a lot incost. The rep said he spoke with his manager who will issue an refund , he just had to give them the receipt. I accepted , 2hours later it was delivered to my office? Not at all satisfied, I understand that they dont have control over the delivery butto say you will do something then send me an cold order 2 hours later? Their prices went up but their Cups got smaller. $ 7.00 for a water down drink. I don't think so!!! Three pumps if water and a... lot of ice with a little portion of fruit. A ripoff . If you have a water down drink tell them to make you another one. I'm notgoing back!!! Read more

Very unprofessional. A guy left right when I walked in with all this food. I tried to order some food and they said they are... closing due to technical issues, but a guy just walked out with all this food. They were ?experiencing technical issues? butwere still making smoothies. They were closing at 6 but they do not close until 9. Just very lazy. Read more
