Just had a horrible experience with this location. Reserved an item online weeks ago to be picked up today. Get here and told... they don't have it. Manager admitted it was her fault (she didn't order enough) but failed to offer discount or to properlyrectify the situation. Beware! Read more

I?ve used Honey Baked Ham for the past 5 Thanksgivings. This was the first time using this particular store. I spent a total of... 3.5 hours in line to get my ham and turkey breast. The employees had no clue what was going on. Driving to the Rock Hilllocation would be a better option. The line at that store always moves quickly. Read more

Waited over 2 hours for a ham for Thanksgiving. Worst service ever!!! So unorganized and the staff didn't seem to care one bit.... Then comes the worst part....the ham was dry, and horrible. No, nice sweet and crunchy crust, it was awful. Over priced andhorrible. Better off getting a ham from a grocery store. Read more

I ordered and prepaid for my ham weeks in advance and had no issue picking up my order today. The woman outside did a great job... helping people, especially the rude people who were mad that they couldn?t just walk in the day before Thanksgiving and get aham without pre-ordering. She held her composure for rude people better than I could have in her position. I understand they hadunforeseen issues with their gas, but they tried to remedy those situations as best as they could. I had a positive experienceat this store and will order from them again! We tried ordering online and it said there was no pick up time available so we went to the store. There was a HUGE line and we... decided to wait. There was a separate line for those that pre-ordered and they also had curbside pick up. There was a ?greeter?outside (it was apparently her first or second day according to another associate) who was supposed to be giving information butdid not tell us that they weren?t taking anymore walk-in orders! After 1.5 hours of waiting, their gas went out and someone whoappeared to be the manager came out and told us that they can?t glaze anything but we can buy what they have ready at themoment. After we were informed of that, we noticed that the cashier that was cashing the line that wasn?t pre-paid left and theother three cashiers were only serving the pre-paid line and didn?t pay us any attention for over half an hour!! After waitingfor a total of 2.5 hours, an associate came out and said that if you don?t have a reservation, they will no longer be servingyou! We were so disappointed because someone could have told us that previously instead of us making it all the way to the frontto find out that we can?t order! That?s 2.5 hours wasted that did not have to be, and the associate then informed us that wecould try another location because they haven?t had a line all day; again, that could have been said two hours prior!! Worst customer service!!! I travel all over the southeast - never a problem, always welcome. This is the 2nd time in 2 years (I... decided to try them again after a terrible experience almost 2 years ago). They block off parking near store, no handicapparking. Inside the staff is rude. As I left, staff said "that's your problem"... No, it's their problem!!! Would NOT recommendthis place. Food is great, staff not! I'd recommend going to another location, not here. Read more
