The food was really good and really good coffee I just wish they had more vegan options. Service was OK but some of the staff... was a little standoffish and almost felt like they were kind of ignoring you. I'm not expecting them to go overboard gooverboard on greeting you but but at least a hello or smile or something is always nit is always nice when you havecustomers. I enjoyed a half hot cocoa mixed with half coffee and a breakfast pastry that was delicious. The relaxating atmosphere was very... comforting. The smell of the freshly roasted coffee beans and the sweet comfort of the service dog coming to sit beside me at mytable. I love the local artist work on the walls and the story behind how they created their name. Read more
Coffee and Empanadas. A combination I'd never thought I'd enjoy so much. The iced coffee was refreshing and was the Jumpstart I... needed to start my day. The Empanadas were simply divine. Buttery. Menu... prices are very fair considering the decor and the location of the place ???????????????? The coffee itself (cappuccino in thiscase) was above average 4/5. ???????????????????????????????? Another coffee shop phenomenon! Serve coffee, tea, and light pastries or empanadas along with plenty of seating inside, upstairs... and outside, tables, as well as plush chairs, and provide internet access and you will have a successful spot for folks togather. This is a delightful and friendly coffee bar that is within walking distance to various other unique shops, restaurantsand attractive neighborhoods. Nice mix of ages from the young professional to older retired types came, stayed and went while Iwas here. They serve the pastries warm which is a real treat! Read more
Loved this little coffee place! I live in NYC and spent the weekend in NC trying different local spots and this one was our pick... for Sunday breakfast and it did not disappoint. We had a pastry, some empanadas and coffees and were both pleased with the quickservice and quality. Read more
