***UPDATE*** It?s now been 3+ weeks of not being open. I?m pretty sure they have Closed Permanently unless otherwise advised by... the staff. This is unfortunate if so.. Great food, best burritos in Charlotte but what are your business hours?? Ate here twoweeks ago and everything seemed normal. Have tried to go or contact them 3 different times in the past 10 days and haven?t beenopen or no answer. What is going on? Put a note in the door to let the customers know when you will be open again please? Read more
Love the salad but have only been able to eat it once bc everytime I try to get another one I come during the business hours and... the open sign is on but they are closed. Highly annoying. At least respect your customers and put a sign up that says closed therest of the day. Read more
This place is absolutely amazing! Great burritos and very kind staff. I hope one day they start selling breakfast burritos some... day because I could eat here for every meal! There also seems to be a big gap in the Charlotte market for casual breakfastburritos. But overall great food and nice people. Read more
I will change the rating Bc I think the place has a lot of potential but it was closed today on 4/10 at 6pm. The open sign was... lit up and the hours say 9 pm on the door and on Google. This isn?t the first time this happened, out of the last 4 out of 1,this place was closed. We went out of our way to come support the local business but it really needs to be managed better. Super good food! Really good service too. They have way more interesting menu items than other chain burrito places and they... also offer actually spicy items, if you?re in to that (I am). I had a lot of fun choosing my burrito style and toppings andreally enjoyed my food. Read more
Great customer service and attention to the people they're serving every visit. A great menu of different and delicious items. ... The burritos are huge lol. Big enough for 2. I love them. The California wet burrito is my new favorite. I usually get theorange chipotle chicken burrito. They also have the all natural nature made drinks that I like and a great variety of freshvegetables to add to your burrito, Taco or whatever you order. Read more
We all heard about $2 Taco Tuesdays but the Burrito Factory has made it even better by offering $1 tacos on Tuesdays. Chicken... tacos were my favorite between Beef & Chicken. They also offer pork & will try those next time. Their chips & queso was verytasty. They were very busy & not a ton of seating so you might have to share tables with other parties. They are first comefirst seated. Overall experience was good & will return. Read more
The best tacos & burritos in town. If only I knew where the cooks went. It doesn't appear to be getting renovated as no... contractor have been down there. All the mom & pop business go down hill once they are sold. I hope they open back up soon as Inever missed a week ???? Read more
