I recently ate dinner at Ted's Montana Grill in Waverly to celebrate my birthday with a good friend who also has a November... birthday. We sat in the bar. I ordered the Red Rock beef burger. It has pepper jack cheese with jalapeños and onion strawson a ciabatta roll. I loved this burger. They also have a good selection of craft beers and cocktails. Read more

Extremely disappointed in our experience this time and definitely won’t return. The bison ribeye that we ordered was super... tough and chewy. After voicing my concern to the manager I was less than impressed with her response. It really was an emptyapology and smile. While I do appreciate her offer to replace the steak with a better cut, I expected leadership to be moregenuine in their response to customer feedback. It was very off putting and more disappointing than the lackluster meal. I dowant to shout out the hostess Christine, she was amazing from the moment we walked in the door! When I spoke with her about ourmeal she was empathetic and seemed to really care about our experience. In addition, that young lady really hustled! She was allover the entire restaurant seating customers, cleaning tables and refilled our drinks. I was impressed by her ability tomultitask so efficiently and handle customers with GENUINE concern. Ted's Montana Grill is very nice place to go and try something different. The bison burgers and bison short ribs are very... nice. They have a very nice outdoor sitting area if you don't want to sit outside. You can also sit at the bar and watch agame. Read more

Had the homemade chips n dip that were really good. Ordered the bison steak with baked potato. Just before our food came out... they ran out of baked potatoes and sub mashed potatoes. Steak was fantastic! We got the fresh hot cookie that melts in yourmouth! Read more

I love Ted's but this was not my best experience there. We went in mid-afternoon and the service was slow. We got the wrong... drinks but just kept them because it took so long to get them. Burgers were tasty but came out warm, at best, after anotherpretty lengthy delay. I will definitely go back again but am thinking this time of day is not their best window. Read more
