Consistently the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I?m usually not inclined to complain, but after 5 visits with... actively rude and aggressive employees, I thought it was time. (One woman tried to argue with me that sour cream didn?t come ona burrito, and then it come out with it anyway?even though I explicitly asked for no sour cream?) In addition, I?ve neveractually had my order come out right. Not once. And today I was told that they no longer offer cups of water even though Ididn?t mind paying for it. This location is a Taco Bell/ KFC restaurant. When I pulled up I was alerted that if I wanted Taco Bell tacos, the only options... were crunchy beef tacos! No cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no sour cream (eye roll). I wanted a chalupa but settled for two?Plain Jane? beef tacos. I thought I attempt to spice it up by getting the Dorito shells (keep in mind these shell and meattacos cost me $4.98!). I made a quick decision to try my luck and order KFC as well since I couldn?t get an actual meal fromTaco Bell. I settled for a two piece breast/wing combo with mashed potatoes and gravy. Now for the good part (sarcasm). Uponopening my food at work, I found the two plain Jane tacos. Unfortunately, one was hot and one was cold. My chicken comboconsisted of two decent sized pieces of chicken that were luke and not the freshest and mashed potatoes and gravy. There was nobiscuit with the meal. In the end, I paid $14.80 for a plain beef taco (tossed the cold one), 2 pieces of old, warm, undressedchicken, mashed potatoes n? gravy and a drink. I truly wish there was a negative mark.. this restaurant is an absolute joke..the poor woman in front of me waited 45 minutes... with nothing but attitude from the employees.. after 40 mins she asked for a refund and they wouldn't refund.. Combo#2 is labeled "3 Crunchy Taco Supremes", and what do I get? Soft taco supremes. I don't know why I am ever surprised. Note... to self: always always always check in the bag before leaving. If you're pathetic enough to get fast food, then expect patheticservice in today's America! Read more
Ordered spicy Mac n cheese bowl but received a spicy famous bowl with enough oil in it to kill someone and only 3 pieces of... chicken. Nobody cares, not the owner or the roaches working there. Never again Read more
It's not so bad honestly. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh and sometimes it's not. If you go at night after... 0900pm you will be in line for at least 20-40 minutes. I don't blame them for some of the food items not available at night, forobvious reasons(if you know, you know!)..and the location this Taco Bell is in.. I went to this drive thru to grab a bite .. it was 11:45pm. I ordered from Taco Bell only to have the clerk yell ?we don?t... sell that? after I tried three items from the menu. On the 4th attempt with an attitude states Taco Bell is closed. So I orderfrom KFC. At the payment window she snatched the payment from my hand ?. Handed us our food with such disdain.
