Ordered 2 times through mobile app, first time they passed the order out to someone else and refused to remake it. They told us... to order again, and request a refund in the app which was not possible due to them marking the order as complete. Placed thesecond order only to wait even longer. I get it, capitalism is bad. Taco Bell is obviously one of those companies that understaff and underpay their employees. It?s... very obvious by the fact that the glass wall and door at this location have been broken for months. But wow? I?ve given thislocation so many chances and today was the last straw for me. I would rather see this location close down than to keep forcingit open with people who don?t even know how to use a microwave. The beef in all my tacos were refrigerator cold. The taco shellstasted like they were drenched in gasoline. And I?m not even sure how to describe my burrito? It was like all the toppings wereon the outside and all the bread was on the inside.
