We have been in the drive-through for more than 30 minutes with only 6 cars ahead of us!!!! The store is closed for mobile... pickup which is what we did through the app and it did not mention that the store would be closed - it said in store pickup from8am to 9 pm and we reached here at 8:02 pm and it took them 30 minutes to take care of only 6 cars!! And this is not the firsttime it is happening!! Never coming to Arboretum Taco Bell again! And finally we get to the window in 40 minutes to be told thatthey gave our order to someone else!! Like really??? They asked us to pull in the parking lot and made our order again !! Isthis fast food??? You want it fast and not wait for 45-55 minutes to get your food! If you are understaffed mention it on theapp so people can decide if they can wait for this long!! But the worst part was that they gave our order to someone Else!!Extremely disappointed!! Read more
I ordered my items without cheese. They handed me the receipt and it did not say "no cheese." I mentioned this to them and they... said okay, got it. My items came, all had cheese. They fixed it but it was an extra 10 minute wait and some wasted food. Couldhave all been better. Read more
Taco Bell is?..well, Taco Bell. The food we actually received was as expected but service was MISERABLE. Stopped in with a few... kids on a Friday night around 9:30. Decided to go in as the drive-thru line was ridiculously long. Should have known what wewere in for. After a quick checkout at the self-serve kiosks, we literally waited 25 minutes for 5 food items and 4 drinks.Entire staff was casually walking around the kitchen with no one stepping foot towards the counter where we and three otherparties were patiently waiting. Once the order was finally ready, we had to remind them about the drinks and they acted likethey were doing us a favor. To top things off, one of the food items was missing once we finally got the order. Under staffed?Inexperienced manager? Who knows? We clearly don?t come to Taco Bell for 5-star service but this was simply inexcusable. Read more
This taco bell has some of the WORST Customer service I have ever experienced. I used the app to place a mobile order to pickup... in the store. The order was APPROVED, PROCESSED, and SHOWN AS COMPLETE on the app, however when I arrived to start thenightmare, the dine in area was closed off and the drive thru line was VERY long. Next, when I went through the drive-thru(wasting about 25 minutes due to the long wait) to pick up the order, the team members told me my order was not received norcould it be made. They advised me to cancel my order and request a refund, rather than make my order that I already paid for(basically asking me to pay twice since the app does not have an option to refund complete orders directly.). This isunacceptable, I feel like the staff blew off my issue rather than just providing me with the food I paid for. Please visit abetter taco place in Charlotte such as Tacos4Life, velvet taco, and Burrito factory as I have never had any issues at theseplaces. Went there today - 3rd time in 2 years. Gets worse each time. Bad food, rude staff, etc?. Basically everything you read in the... reviews about this location is absolutely true. A manager named Christian is completely useless, incompetent, and rude. Can?tbelieve TB risks their reputation hiring such people. I am attaching a picture of the bean burrito they gave me at thislocation - was less than half the size. This place is a joke and should be shut down. Read more
We went in to this Taco Bell at 6:50pm on Jan 11,2022. We ordered our food from here they were incredibly rude! We wanted to... dine in. Clearly the dine in was open but they said you have to order from the drive thru. All we asked is can we eat inside.The black lady told the other guy named michel ?you already told them once order in the drive thru you don?t have to tell thetwice? like in front of us they were being rude to us. Then they gave us cold food. And we order potato fiesta the potatoes wereold. There was hair in our food!!!! All of us our getting sick! Never ever eat from here or order! They don?t have good CUSTOMERSERVICE!! While we were eating they kept staring us down. INCREDIBLY RUDE AND NOT APPROPRIATE!!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IEVER RECEIVED. Read more
The worse consistently Taco Bell every. We have been there 5 times over the last 3 years and its always the same soggy Taco each... time. We can go anywhere else in multiple states and never comes close to this horrible food. Our kids don't want to eat it. Wetried giving it a chance multiple times hoping new management or something would come in. I don't see how they approve givingpeople this bad of quality of food consistently. Read more
Food was good, seemed fresh, prepared well. Dining room was open, clean, and quiet. Update: Went back last Friday and same... story, fresh and hot food, quiet, clean-ish inside. This is now my go-to Taco Bell location. Read more
