Visit 1st June 2022 @ around 7:15 pm. I went to this once for dine in with my parents. The woman at the counter was giving us... hateful looks. When we went to order, she rudely asked us to order using kiosk. After placing a dine-in order, she stuffedeverything in a small bag and handed it over. When we sat to eat, we realized there were no forks or spoons in the bag. Theplace where they are usually kept in the restaurant was empty. When we asked her if we can have anything to eat our food with (forks or spoons) the lady literally shouted at us "we don't have any spoons or forks". We got really shocked and when we triedto pick the order from the table, the small bag ruptured because of all the weight and our food fell down. We just left therestaurant as we had no intention to prolong our humiliation further. Read more
It was after hours drive through only, and the line was long. But the staff got me through it in 15 minutes. The window clerk... was a very friendly, tall, pretty, Asian Female who was Chick fil A level pleasant! And most importantly, the food was hot,fresh and delicious! Terrible customer service and just look at the picture. I know it?s just Taco Bell but come on
I?m pretty annoyed with yet ANOTHER TERRIBLE visit to this location. I even always place my order on the app so I know it?s... ordered correctly yet they can?t even get that correct. I had to come complain 4 times tonight and still had another item wrongfor my partner. What?s so hard about reading a simple order. It was dead when we came so it?s not like it was at dinner rusheither. I drive all the way to concord to get food from that Taco Bell to avoid this one because they?re so bad. Read more

do not order from this place. this location has the audacity to tell your delivery driver ?this order doesn?t come with a drink?... when this was the ticket on the order. this is the second time this has happened here and it?s unacceptable. then you have to gothru the hassle of talking with your delivery service, then they have to refund you. you don?t order a combo if you don?t want adrink. absolute robbery in broad daylight and it just boils down to pure laziness Read more
The drive through was a little busy but after telling them my order at the window before they handed me my bag I'd figured they... would have gotten the correct order to me.. thank God the store is around the corner from my hotel. Very bad customer service, there Some fryers broke and they just walking around, not providing when our food will be ready.... After that we call and requested to cancel the order, she said it?s impossible due to order place in kiosk, Manager herself isunprofessional with attitude. Kitchen floor was disgusting as well.
