Updating review based on recent events and will not be returning to this location. I get that we are all busy and understaffed... but I had a very poor and unnecessary interaction experience and watched the person behind me leave without completing theirorder due to the attitude of the server. I don?t normally leave reviews, but my experience here was certainly worth one. I was greeted at the door by a older man who was... very kind. He asked me about my day, recommended a wonderful sandwich and gave me directions. His wife and 2 kids were in therestaurant sitting in a booth. I wish I had gotten his name, he made my day. I know it is unlikely but I really hope someone inupper management or compare sees this and gives this guy a promotion. Read more
Upon entering this location I was instantly impressed with the cleanliness and organization. After getting to the counter I... was blown away by the quality of meats and toppings. The guacamole didn't even have signs of browning. The individual thatprepared my sandwich was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. The bread..... I've not seen a "proper" loaf in a while butthis location delivers with high quality. All of the staff were highly competent and friendly. They don't change their gloves. Manager gone upset when asked to change his gloves and told me to get out. He caught holy hell... for me. I will never eat there again. Must change your gloves when changing customer. I don't want my sub tasting like bacon.Send complaint to their home office and they send me a coupon discount and must Subways don't take coupons.
