Unfortunately they do not put enough toppings on sandwiches anymore. I tried going back multiple times but they continue to... disappoint. To go orders thru the app are usually incorrect. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION!!! They DO NOT honor promotions posted on the Subways app showing this location is supposed to... accept them! COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! My husband, a retired officer, ordered on the app for his developmentallydisabled brother-in-law. He went to pick up from this location and one of the workers FLAT-OUT refused to honor the promotion!The other worker said sir you are right others have come for that promotion, but the older Latino worker refused and startedspeaking to the younger worker in Spanish saying "be quiet." This is completely against company policy and this location needsto be reported! My family has deleted the app and will NEVER spend our money in a SUBWAY again! Good riddance! Read more
My first visit to this store was a mixed bag! I was impressed with how clean and pleasant the store is, had a lady worker that... was very pleasant and helpful, and ordered a sandwich, soup an unsweet tea. So far, so good. I was going to eat in. The visitturned quite frustrating when I realized that this store doesn't serve unsweet tea so I filled the cup with water. Since I hadpaid for tea, and I do not drink sodas, I requested a refund from the cashier. It would have been a no-brainer transaction; Ihad paid cash. The male, older cashier refused to refund me the price of the tea and accused me of not returning the cup (I hadfilled with water) and did not refund me. I was so frustrated that I had to walk away. Before I left I made him aware that theservice was unacceptable. I had the right to get the refund and his ineptitude was such that he violated my rights as acustomer. Owners of businesses need to better train their employees to do what is right. This employee abused his "power" andturned what had started as a great experience, into a totally abusive one. Nobody gets poor because $2.59 were stolen fromthem, but no getting a refund that I was entitled to caused a really bad experience that was completely unnecessary. No I donot recommend patronizing businesses where employes do not make things right when they make a mistake and end up shifting theblame to the customer. Train your employees to treat customers well. Do not allow power struggles when there was no need forthat. Re-train that worker. Read more
Typical Subway sandwich shop. Beware they do not honor coupons. This is not on the door or their website, but only posted in... the counter where you order your sandwich. Go elsewhere. Read more
NO COUPONS ACCEPTED. It had been a little over 2 years since my prior Subway visit, but decided to try again due to receiving a... flyer in the mail with coupons. Waited in line with a half dozen people in front of me, only to be told that they don't acceptcoupons (which isn't posted anywhere that I could see), when I finally made it to the counter. Been to this location several times. Depending on the staff they can be very welcoming only thing that is not improving is the... ingredients. Lettuce always looks old and wilted tomatoes always seem to over ripe or under. Read more
We visited this location 09/22/18 around 3pm Let me start by saying the customer service here was horrible!! The young heavy... built guy didn?t have on a hair net , he rushed my little one while she picked out her toppings he also acted as if he was highon some type of drugs. The store looked very clean and my sandwiches were neat. I had multiple orders and the cashier helped fast.
