The idea of toasting a sub was to make it warm/hot right? Guess I was wrong. They toasted my sub twice but I noticed it was not... left in the oven as long as it normally is. The sub also should be folded open when put in the oven to expose the meat to thewarmth and not just the bread. Thus after 2 attempts, it was an utter failure as the entire inside of the philly cheese was coldand unpleasant. Please advise the crew/ team are aware of how to properly use the equipment. Horrible customer service, the girl that took my order was more interested in looking through pictures on her co- workers phone... than in making my food request she had her back to me after she took my order ignoring me even after i tried to get herattention twice. Once even began talking to another employee in a different language. I did not continue to wait and left thestore, as i walked out the guy in the back asked "whats up" and i told them it was bad customer service. After leaving I calledback to ask for information about when i could speak to a manager and was told that the manager is gone on an extended vacationand they didnt know when she would return.
