I came to an empty subway to get a sandwich made. The drive they was down so I had to go inside. The lady behind the counter... said it would be a 15 minute wait, and I was cool with that so I decided to wait. Then she said she need to close the store soshe could use the bathroom. I went into the bathroom at the same time as her, and then bought chips and a drink from the store.She still has not returned to the store and it has been 15 minutes since I went to the restroom. The food was great facility was okay. What was lacking was the customer service. The staff was not that friendly. Which kind of... ruins the feeling of eating out and having a good time. Maybe they should smile more and enjoy your jobs. Life doesn't have tobe that hard. Read more
Unprofessional, inexperienced, and unsanitary. I went to this Subway which I will never go to again. There was 1 employee... working on a customer who he was flirting with giving her extra meat at no charge. The other employee that finally came to waiton me went to answer the phone which he couldn?t find at first is going to come back without changing his gloves. This was the first time in years that I visited Subway. The two women that were on staff had THE WORST attitudes I think I've... ever seen from employees. McDonald's employees are more kind. They insisted we ordered what we didn't. We were rushed and theywere down right rude. I won't be to any Subway anytime soon due to this experience. It's not worth it and I paid for something Ididn't ask for but to keep the peace and get out of there asap, I just paid and left. I wanted to buy more, but my experiencejust made me want to leave asap. If you still like Subway, don't come to this one. The service is TERRIBLE!!! Read more
To be honest I really used to like Subway's oven roasted chicken sandwich. However, the last time I order the sandwich I was... given turkey instead of chicken and lettuce instead of spinach. I spoke with the manager who basically said we have new people,we can't hold them responsible because they're still learning. All we can do is remake your sandwich. No acknowledgment ormention of compensation for my time and gas. Then, I had to wait a long time for them to remake the sandwich. When I got homethe second sandwich was much worse then the first. At least the first looked like it was edible. The second tasted like andlooked like old bread had been used. I couldn't eat the bread portion of the sandwich because it was literally crumbling andpeeling from what I assume was a failed attempt to extra toast the bread. As I said Subway has "extra toasted" bread before andthe sandwich was good. I was tired and didn't call about the second sandwich. I really hate that they botched my sandwich... Read more
