I've tried this Subway a few times because it's close to work. Don't even think about trying to scan your app or use it to... redeem a deal because you won't get the connection. If you tell the employees it's not working, they could not care less. I gaveup on trying to redeem it for my free birthday cookie on a previous visit because they were completely indifferent. I had ahorrible experience today. I told the second employee after the first employee started the sandwich with the meat and cheesethat I wanted light mayo on the bread, not right on the meat. I've done this at Subway for YEARS and it's never been an issue -they just lift the meat and cheese and put the mayo on the bread. He wasn't paying attention because he was talking to theother employee and put it right on the meat. I said that's not what I asked for and then he just moved the meat so there wasmayo directly between the meat and cheese and then was going to add another layer of mayo right on the bread. I said no andasked to make another sandwich. Who wants the mayo like that? It looked disgusting. The staff was very rude about the audacityof me to ask for another sandwich when they messed it up. The cashier came over and made my sandwich and DRENCHED it in lightmayo. She had a major attitude about it the entire time. I wasn't about to say anything else about it because the threeemployees were glaring at me, but in hindsight, I should have because I couldn't even eat a lot of the sandwich because of howshe did that out of spite. While this was going on, she was arguing with another guy in line about how the app not working toredeem a BOGO deal on subs was not her fault and she couldn't do anything. Classy. I love Subway, but this location isn't worthit when you have so many other options within walking distance, such as Jimmy John's and Potbelly. Don't bother with thislocation. Read more
Pretty poor customer service. Walked in at 2:30 and one lady is mopping the front area and another is behind the make line,... sweeping. The mopper did day hello and warned me to be careful with the wet floor. The lady behind the make line didn'tacknowledge me at all. I had to stand there and watch her sweep the entire floor and then disappear into the back. I turned tothe mopper and ask if they were actually closed and she said, "no, we're open until 3." She looks at the lady behind the line,who is doing her own thing, and goes back to mopping. Finally the sweeper washes her hands and comes out to make my sandwich. Nohello. No smile. As cold and mechanical as she can be. It's been well over a year since I've been to Subway and this confirms Ihave no need to go back. Read more
Good place for a sandwich. I had the chicken teriyaki sub. It was made nicely. As with so many of these places, they were a... little chintzy with the vegetables. But I did enjoy the sandwich when I got home. Read more
I was really excited to have a Subway so close to the building I work in, until I actually went and got it. Go ahead and say... "No" to toasting the sandwich because trust me the bread is stale enough. Don't get a cookie because I can assure you, itsnothing like the truly legendary cookies that Subway normally has. Thank God I'm not allergic to Jalapeños because thatwouldn't have been a pleasant surprise, especially when I asked for pickles... Its definitely a shame, I am a huge fan ofSubway, and used to eat it at least twice a week near my old job. The quality of this one was so bad that it couldn't possiblybe an unusual thing. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SUBWAY LOCATION!!!! The manager accused me of stealing soda in front of the entire restaurant!!! I... decided to dine in for lunch...before leaving I got a refill of water in my "water cup" that the manager gave me. As I wassipping my water, I noticed him looking at me. He then says "that cup is for water" I replied "yes, I have water...what do youmean?" and I held the cup up to show him. He replies "you know what I mean"...I said "ARE YOU ACCUSING ME OF STEALING SODA?!" Hereplies again "You know what I mean". I said "No I don't know what you mean b/c I am drinking water, I asked for water. I don'teven drink soda!". He continues to stare at me. I walked up to the counter and asked him for his name. He gave me his name(DAVID). I advised him that I would be writing a review on every platform I could find online and that I would also be reportinghim to corporate. Not going back ever. I asked for tuna sandwich and she didn't even spread the tuna. And the way they put veggie, they rushed me... and didn't spread veggie properly. And charged me regular price $6.75 instead of $6 sub of the month. TUNA. The line wasn't evenlong and they were rushing me. Read more

Clean and efficient. Opens at 9am for those wanting a foot long sub early in the morning. Zero complaints about their service.
