Don't waste your time here. The lady answering the phone acted like she couldn't hear me when I called 3 times. Finally I called... back and ask if I could order and pickup. She emotionally said no you have to call door-dash. I said for a pickup, oh she said.She asked me how large of an order did I have and I told her just 2 footloose. Well, you would have thought I asked for her tostand on her head. She was very emotional and I asked to speak to the manager. At first she said yeas then she said she'd takemy name and number. I said no I need him now because I don't have this problem when he's working. She told me SHE WASN'T DOINGANYTHING WITH MY ORDER! NO WONDER THIS LOCATIONHAS A LIW SCORE. I would never visit this location again horrible experience from start to end , owner not friendly, not welcoming I threw my... sandwich together like I wasn't a paying customer once I stated that my cheese is only in the center of the bread may he plz fixit he was upset so I decided to not to let him continue making my sandwich he started to blurt out disrespectful remarks withother customers behind me, unprofessional but I was fine with that my money was good and I wasn't ok with being treated likethat. Horrible the owner wanted to charge an extra sandwich price for asking for extra lettuce. Mind you subway is only supposed to... charge extra for cheese ir meat. I will never come back because the owner is stingy. Read more
My sandwich was okay and i was excited about my Coke to drink. I was going to eat the ice from my drink and noticed all these... black floating things? How DISGUSTING. This was horrible. Dinner hour and they were out all bread except for wheat. They were out of several cheeses. The server must... have been new. He had to ask me which meat was ham. It was the smallest subway sandwich I have ever had- I included a picture.There was a 2nd guy running around the back that could have helped as we had multiple sandwiches. But nope. They made them oneat a time. And then the sandwiches were hanging out of the wrappers. He dropped the to-go bag on the floor, picked it up, andthen just shook it and placed the sandwiches inside. Really?! One sandwich was a veggie delight and I had to ask them toactually put more of the veggies on as there was no meat or cheese. Just veggies. At that, there were still only 11 olives and 7pickles for a foot long sandwich. Really?! I will never go back to this branch. There are plenty of subways within a few miles.I will try one of those. The new owner is very cheap! Doesn't even use Subway deli instead goes out and I am assuming buying the deli meat from grocery... store. Very thin and not worth eating. If you're going to buy into the franchise keep it the same. Charging Subway prices butnot using Subway products. Yesterday was last time going to this location. Read more
